That's just a pain. I haven't had problems with no-shows. One time I did book within 24 hours and it was a little more confusing b/c I didn't receive the confirmation so I had to call to confirm. That time they also showed up toward the end of the scheduled time slot, but I was also at the end of the afternoon. Most recently, the guys (Tyreek and Colby) actually came early! Keep in mind that they charge by how much of the truck your stuff fills up. They may have a floater truck if you fill up the whole truck and need more space, but I wouldn't assume that when you book. Also, I don't assume they will necessarily remember everything I point out to get taken especially if it's scattered, so I do walk around and make sure the right things are going. They will often ask you again also - I don't mind, I think it's good. Anyway - they've been so helpful for me especially cleaning out my apartment. I don't know how I'd have done it otherwise.
