I plan on filing a complaint with the State of California Dept of Real Estate. She has now opened herself up for a lawsuit. She is worthless and deceptive. If I could give a minus on here I would. I called and spoke to the agent who told me they had an offer, but the buyer had 17 days to sell their current house. She said she couldn't take other offers yet, but would call me the next day to set up a showing for that day or the next. Heard nothing so I called her back a couple days later and left a message. No response. I called the office and asked to speak to another agent. The receptionist told that the original agent just had surgery (which the agent herself told me) and I said that is no excuse to lie and ignore a perspective buyer when a phone call is appropriate. The next agent left me a "sweet" message basically telling me to get lost. We own 3 houses (the more expensive home we paid cash for) and 2 multi-million dollar businesses in Santa Maria. Real estate is our business and this company doesn't seem to be interested in customer service (that results in selling homes). I would look at different real estate companies if you are looking for any kind of attentive help.
