If there was an option to give ZERO to this company, I would! I ordered my wedding flowers from Lisa ( not Glennis) Lisa! She was lovely (so I thought!) this business had a good rep so I Ordered them. I called twice to change the order as it was a big wedding order and to make sure they had put the order through as it was so casually done. I paid the full amount. I was told to pick them up on a Saturday ( the week before my wedding as they were silk) it's a good thing I rang as they hadn't even been started on. "Come by weds or Thursday" says Lisa. I did. They hadn't even started on them. I went with my sister to get flowers as they'd promised. they said they'd have them ready the next day. They looked cheap, rushed, my bridal bouquet was the wrong shape, size, colour. I rang and was actually pretty nice as I hate making complaints. She was SO RUDE! Apparently it was my fault somehow, and that I should've been grateful her ladies stayed up that night to have them finished. If they got the date right in the first place, they wouldn't have had to rush. Please DO NOT use as I don't want anyone to feel as sad and disappointed as I was. What a rude lady. Very disappointed......! I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers online from their website two days before my wife's birthday with a note asking them to be delivered to her office at her school where she works after 11am as this would be the time she was there from. I was waiting for my wife to text me that she received her flowers........ 11am nothing..... 12 noon nothing..... 1pm still no word.....! So I phoned the shop asking where they had gotten to, she told me that they had "ran out of flowers" and were waiting for a delivery to come in......! :-( Hey, I thought......! The lady then told me that it wouldn't be long before they would be delivered. So, 2pm came and went! 3pm came and went.........! By this time I was fuming as my wife was due to leave work at 3.30pm. My wife told me that the florist phoned her up at work asking if she was still there (3.20pm)as they were on their way delivering some birthday flowers for her......! (and asked her not to leave for home). So that ruined her surprise as she knew that some flowers were being delivered! 3.30pm her flowers got delivered to her as she was putting her coat on to leave for home! So as you can imagine I was really disappointed by the service especially as I had ordered the flowers a good 48 hrs previous. Why weren't my wife's flowers reserved and put to one side in the shop for a delivery for 11am?!! :-( I certainly won't be using this florists again, Last year they even forgot to deliver a balloon with the flowers......! I ordered some flowers at 10.40am to be delivered the same day before 2pm, the girl in the shop agreed & the payment was taken over the telephone, at 2.30pm the flowers had not arrived, so i called to find out why, then i was abruptly told that we cannot specify a time, the flowers were on the van and they will be with you when the van gets there,i said that we were told at the time of ordering that delivery by 2pm was not a problem, so clearly there are some training issues at this florist, then the lady on the other end of the phone continued to talk over me then said that i was being unreasonable!! what a cheek, considering that SHE was the one not delivering when i was told it would have been ok, so please, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST, use anyone else instead, they have only got 1 star rating, as I have to leave something. very rude & customer care skills are something to be seen to be believed. read more
