We really appreciated a courtesy call ahead of the scheduled appointment. The guys showed up on time, had booties ready to go and generally took extra care to keep things neat, tidy and not scuff the walls or dirty up the floor (which sometimes happens.) The cost of the repair was clearly communicated as 2 possible options depending on the discovery, we got lucky and the cheapest option won! With that said, the crew didn't take any shortcuts and made sure that the task was completed properly and in a very timely manner. Bonus, when requested, they also gave us an on-the-spot estimate for future improvement work. Very reasonable and no surprises. Looking forward to future projects and service calls. I think we may have found our new plumbing service!

Ryan took the time to look at my upstairs toilet (a separate issue) and solved the issue quickly! The plumbing issue needed an outdoor sewer pipe repair. He arranged the next group to come and handle it two hours later! Ryan and Zach told me upfront what they were doing and the cost as we went along. There were no surprises as to cost! They were both kind, professional, communicated consistently and went above and beyond! Nate and Ricky were equally as knowledgeable and professional. I have already passed on their info to several neighbors and family members! These 4 men represent their company and its high standards!

They were not only professional, but also genuinely kind, honest, and thorough. They explained everything clearly, what the issue was, why it needed attention, what needed to be done, and how to maintain it properly moving forward. I really appreciated that they did not try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. I've already highly recommended them to my neighbors. I even offered to buy them lunch and give them a tip, but they politely refused. I can't say enough positive things about their service.

They are aware , I do not live in the city and this was a rental property. After this first time they advised , I would need more work to fix the problem. Since it was an expensive fix , it took a couple months for me to schedule them again. The second time the communication was lacking. At the end , I was promised pictures of the work and that was never received. They did have to dig in the front yard , and they stated they had to cut a tree. In my price, they would cut the tree but would not discard of it. No problem. In the process of the few days of work, the price increased. I trust that issues arose and it was more work. Again no problem. After the work was finished, I never received pictures as promised. And again , I do not live in the city to even see the work. Unfortunately , the property was being rented and we were going through an eviction , so I was unable to even go to the property if I wanted to visit. Biggest issue is when I was finally able to see it.They discarded three chunks of heavy sewer pipe in my alley and tossed tree branches on top of it. Like I said , in the quote , I was told they would not discard the branches fine , but never I would have to discard my own sewer pipe. These are large and heavy. Also , the way it was tossed , it hit my fence and tilted it over some.

We knew we needed a flood control system and had three companies come out for estimates. All of them had 4-8 week backlogs, and none of them seemed curious to figure out what was actually causing the problem. After our second flood of the season, we reached out to Omar at Rooter Flush to help us figure out how to drain the standing water and what stopgaps we could put in place until we could get a system installed. He answered right away and was there the same day. He helped us diagnose the problem, hydro-jetted the line, and got the water drained. Then he told us he could install a flood control system comparable to our other estimates, at a fair price, and could start in just two days. He didn't even charge for the initial diagnostic and hydro-jetting since we decided to go with him for the flood control system. Here we are exactly one week since Omar first came out and the system is completely installed. It looks great, and I feel a huge sense of relief knowing the next heavy rain won't upend my life. Omar and his team were professional, communicative, followed through on their promises, explained everything, and showed up exactly when they said they would. If you are having sewer issues, Omar is your guy.

They rodded a clean out they thought was the branch line. Made the clog worse. Their camera was too big to be inserted into branch line . The rod only went about 25 feet in and stopped. They tried to rod the toilet from the laundry room but end up poking a hole in side of toilet. Toilet was only a year old. But they insisted the hole was already there. They decided that the bathroom had to be demolished and replaced a broken pipe under the floor. Omar told me we fix things but we don't put them back together again. Meaning I would have to get a contractor for a whole new bathroom replacement. He said "He had a guy". Was going to charge me about $6000. Problem is the clog seems to start at 25 feet into the house which means it's probably around the kitchen area. He showed me a video of my pipes but I have know idea what this is. Totally ripped me off.
