I think compared to other stores clothing, outside of wal-mart and target, that their pricing is pretty fair. My problem is with the quality of clothing and sometimes accessories. I got a shirt from them that was marked down to like $3 bucks and when I tried it on I noticed that one of the flowers was falling off so I was being careful. Once I got the shirt on I got stuck with a pin that had been put into the flower to hold it on! I bought the shirt anyway because I was easily able to sew the flower back on myself and I couldn't pass up the $3. A ring was also purchased- very cute and with in a week it busted and fell into pieces. I also bought a vest from them and had to tighten up every button (after losing one all together) after one gentle cycle wash. I guess you basically get what you pay for. So, when I'm shopping for clothing I know I'll be wearing frequently or I know I need to last longer, as much as I like their style, I bite the bullet and go elsewhere and pay the higher prices.

This fashion-forward women's clothing boutique boasts lines that I usually can only find online: Keepsake, For Love and Lemons, Wildfox, and Nightcap, just to name a few. I found a killer dress on huge sale, which I couldn't pass up, along with an awesome pair of high-waisted jeans that felt as comfy as pjs. If I lived in SGF, I could see my bank account slowly dwindling as a result of frequent visits to this gem. I easily could have left with more than just two items, but lucky for my wallet, I was limited to one carry-on bag so I couldn't take home too many scores. The sales associates were super friendly as well, which made the experience all-around awesome. I'm totally envious of all you SGF locals who are spoiled by this amazing shop on a regular basis... you better believe Staxx will be on my "must visit" list next time I travel to Springfield.

This one also seems to be smaller than other Ross locations I have been in which limits the available selection as well. And despite being a discount store, I feel like some of their items, especially kids shoes, seem to always be a littler expensive. I mean, I'm not spending $40 on a pair of sneakers at Ross. First, I called before heading there just to make sure they were still open since they haven't had any reviews in awhile and I'm not familiar with the area. The lady on the phone was super nice! When I got there, I didn't realize I would be entering into a treasure hunt of my dreams. If you're a thrifter who enjoys hunting for hidden gems, this place will exceed your exceptions because it's HUGE. When you walk in, the entire left front section is full of women's, men's, and older children's clothing all for $1. They also have hats, underwear, and swimsuits. Lining the left wall is a huge selection of dish ware, dining sets, glassware, cookware, etc. The other side of the front has furniture, baskets, and more knick-knacks that I didn't get a chance to explore. If you keep walking towards the back, there's literally anything and everything you could be on the hunt for! Their back wall is FULL of new and used shoes with a variety of sizes. They even have a room tucked away in the back right of the store solely for kids/infant clothing. Staff was super kind and inviting towards me, very informative and honestly seemed like they truly love the store they're running. I left with two vintage t-shirts and a pair of vintage Levi's for a total of $3, which is a STEAL. 10/10 recommend stopping into this place if you have time to really browse or even if you're looking for something specific, as they'll definitely have it.
