I had just a read a review from someone in B.C. who also spoke to Tommy. That person had a very bad experience too, as so did I, with him too. I had the same bad experience with him. I made an order on December 7, 2024, for a $110.00 gift basket to send to someone. He has zero patience with me, starting actually YELLING at me over the phone and he threatened to hang up on me if I did not get my message done quick enough! He was rude, sarcastic and he put me down when I made a joke about me being a senior. When he insulted and disrespected me again, I was utterly shocked! He ruined my day that was supposed to be happy and positive one just making an order. I should have hung up on him, but I loved the basket I saw online. He definitely has a chip on his shoulder with a know-all high almighty attitude. He is a so called manager??? He is a joke! What kind of people do you hire over there? Bet you it is a family member who no one would hire, but the family does, just for him to have a job, so he can abuse clients! Shame on him for being extremely rude and aggressive to a paying client and after that awful abusive phone call, I swore I would never purchase from you again!! FIRE him on the spot!!!! In fact yesterday, I ordered from another company named Pellatt Cornucopia where I ordered 3 Xmas baskets to family and friends to the total of: $360.87 that was put on my credit card. I was treated with kindness, respect, patience and gratitude which Tommy should have learned from the negative review I read from B.C. from years ago! I am sure there are more too! The only positive communication was from a sister-in-law who was polite and said sorry, because this morning I was on chat, waited 5 minutes, then left and returned to question where to go write a review. Tommy gets a 0 on 5 but, I had to put one just to get in to write my review. To anyone out there, NEVER shop at: Glitter Baskets, especially if you get stuck to speak to Tommy. You will regret it just like I did. There are online shops like Pellatt Cornucopia and the prices are much cheaper too. Paying clients need to be treated with uttermost respect. WARNING-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The manager "Tommy" has poor customer service, he's rude and snarky off the hop. He ended up hanging up on me for no apparent reason, wasn't swearing, wasn't screaming I was speaking in a firm tone he was all fired up. They offered no apologies for the mess up, zero refunds for the gift basket that has STILL not shown up to our friend who will most likely be out of the hospital after Christmas. Word of advice-use a more professional company. This place is a joke not a business, run by what sounds like immature teenagers. UPDATE: THE GIFT BASKET NEVER CAME! 1 MONTH LATER....
