The booking site says limited class sizes but that is not the case, they had 43 people crammed on top of each other trying to do the class that they paid for and were treated like cattle. Don't expect to be sipping while painting because they don't have enough staff on had to get out one drink during your 2 hour class. Also half the class gave up on trying to paint the picture we were supposedly being taught and the other half was completely covered in paint because the method being taught was wade up a paper towel and dab the painting while the canvases were literally touching each other because everyone was shoulder to shoulder. I have been to many paint classes at other vendors and if the class involves paint slinging or dabbing then a "extra messy" clause was always listied on the booking site Pinots palette offered no such clause so paint at your own risk. So will you leave with a painting? Probably. Will you have fun doing it? Depends on your sense of humor and who you're with, just don't expect to be able to have a drink to sip or a place to set it down at.

Came quickly, set it up and walked us through it all with ease. We had the best time for my brothers birthday! They worked with my weird schedule and gave us an ample heads up for when they were going to pick it up. I would definitely rent from them again. Price is about $50-100 more than a couple of other places I looked but this you get all day and those places your rental was only 3-4 hours. Absolutely worth the price.

I got a call on Thursay, the 18th, asking if ROCKET CITY PARTY RENTALS could bring my rental on friday after 4 pm to go ahead and set up so it would free up their saturday drops; which I said ok that's great. They called me at 8:30 pm on friday asking me if I was having a boy or girl bday party. I said boy and they replied that they gave my rental to someone else so they wouldnt be coming out to inflate friday but on Saturday the 20th because they would have to switch out my rental; which was the regular day of the inflate to be put up. On the contract, it said for water inflatable will be delivered no later than 11 am, I called them at 10 am on the 20th to get a tentative time and he said he had 3 people in front of me (which is crazy because he told me the day before that he would make me the first person he inflates after he picks up my inflatable thag he dropped off the wrong person). He couldn't give me a time just said he would call back. Called at 11, no answer. Got my mom to call at 12 pm, he explained electrical issues at first stop and still didn't have a time and would call back in 15 mins when he got an ETA from his GPS. No call back and no answer from my phone number or my mom's. Got my sister to call. She got him to answer and he told her 245 pm would be when he should be arriving. THE PARTY STARTED AT TWO. He then precedes to not answer until 440 pm on my step dad's phone where he said they had a flat tire and couldn't make it at all He said he would issue a full refund and any other day for free. I just wanted my refund. I asked for an invoice for the refund. Didnt get it Saturday. I got to talk to his co-owner on Sunday that said they on vacation and that supposedly they issued the refund to find out they really didnt but would have to when they got back on Wednesday the 24th. I called on the 24th, Mr. Fletcher says Danny said he processed the refund through PayPal. I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL. I told him to call me back in 30 mins with answers on how my refunds refund was coming. He didnt call back until an hour later offering me a check for refund. By then I already did a dispute with my bank and why would I trust them with a check when they continually lied to me (I paid by card) **Please be careful when doing services with them hopefully they won't ruin your child's bday like they did mine with their lack of communication and evasion/misleading information.**

There is also a beautiful waterfall on the waterfall terrace. I met with Susie and learned more about the packages they offered I ended up going with a 8 hr package to get the full wedding experience. The all inclusive nature of the packages was perfect for me as I am not a planner and the price was well worth it. I booked in September 2024 and had my wedding in November 2024. I was worried about it being pretty stressful because it was such a quick planning period, but Sherill and Susie sent over documents of things I needed to pick out such as flowers, colors, cake design, seating arrangements, music, and all the little details that make up your wedding day over email. So many things I would have not have thought of. We met once for 3 or 4 hrs to go over and plan the whole wedding based on the emails and had a quick 15 min phone conversation to finalize any last minute details a few weeks before the wedding. The day went so perfect especially for the amount of time we had to plan. I am extremely happy on how it all turned out. Sherill and her team did absolutely incredible on our wedding day. From the flowers to the cake, the team made all my pinterest pins a reality. I definitely recommend this place for a stress free experience wedding planning. I received so many compliments on the environment as it was so beautiful.

Whether it is your first wedding or you are remarrying (as I did) this is a perfect option. You can be as involved with the planning process as you want, or you can alleviate a lot of stress and let them plan most everything. Due to us working full time and having a toddler we personally needed to have someone else do most of the planning, so I took a huge leap of faith and let them handle everything. However, as the time grew nearer I wanted to get more involved and Sarah didn't flinch at all. I could text/call her with a ton of questions and she'd either call or text me back right away and she ALWAYS took care of anything that I would suddenly throw out last minute, while also making me feel better about all the choices we made even if it meant putting more pressure on her. PJ was also amazing to work with. She handled the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, making things happen while also taking care of me and my family and friends. We decided that we wanted to leave earlier than expected and she somehow got the limo to us magically, but she immediately had a back up plan if for some reason she could not get them to us at the new (and very last minute) time. As far as vendors that the Chapel used....Bubba's Catering managed the food and it was so great. We deviated from our package and Sarah worked with the caterer to get us a buffet that came with 2 meats, a couple of veggies, salad and bread all for a very reasonable price. I cannot remember the names of the companies that the cake and flowers came from but the cakes were delicious and the flowers (especially on the arch outside) were gorgeous. Gari-Ann Photography did the pictures and she was wonderful with everyone and didn't waste time so we could get to our rehearsal. One last thing, our wedding was outside on May 25th and it was a record high of 96. Due to the way the trees canopy over the area where people sat and where we stood, it did not seem like 96...it was perfect! Truly I could go on and on about Chapel on the Mountain. While waiting on the birthday girl I went in the store to look around. No other customers were there, and when asked if I needed help I mentioned I was meeting my grandaughter to build a bear in a bit. This was at 5:40pm. No one mentioned that they close at 7 and stop making bears at 6:45. We ate at the food court. While eating, the birthday girls daddy walked over to the store and noticed it closes at 7pm. We all rushed over and arrived at 6:46. They told us that we were too late to make a bear. They stop taking orders at 6:45. We were 1 minute late! We were told they would not make an exception because if they made an exception for 1 person they would have to do it for everyone. I looked up and I saw tears rolling down my daughters eyes it broke my heart! So 5 year old birthday girl and her mom were both crying. We left so sad and disappointed What was supposed to be a fun celebration turned into a very sad evening. Creating a birthday bear was a huge thing to my grandaughter. She was so excited! These 2 employees made no effort to help us out and exhibited no empathy whatsoever. We were 1 minute late! That rule was not posted anywhere! We had the first party of the day which was great, as the gym wasn't super crowded. The party room was a good size with huge windows that overlooked the kids side of the climbing gym. It easily accommodated 12ish kids, parents and family. It included a full size fridge/freezer, ice machine, and kitchenette. Cutlery and paper products were included. I would definitely recommend bringing table cloths. We bought some and then forgot, whoops. Our party host was Dawson, and he was a phenomenal guy. Super helpful, extremely patient with a herd of rabid cats- I mean, kids- and was just a genuinely nice guy. The kids gym was nice, a bit smaller than I was expecting. We've been to similar gyms elsewhere (see reviews) and this one left a bit to be desired. I wish it was bigger with more walls. Even still, there wasn't a long wait with the exception of the city skyline part. The kids also enjoyed going to the "bigger" room, which is standard indoor climbing walls, that are double the height and not themed. After orientation, the kids ended up with about an hour and a half of climbing and a half hour in the party room for food and cake. This worked out great though the kids were bummed when they couldn't go back after the party to climb. The gym definitely gained a bunch of new customers after this party, many of the parents were thrilled to find this place. The price for the party was really great too. For those who are interested, they do also have a bouldering section (age 14+ only) auto belay and standard belay walls, climbing clubs (kids and adults), meeting rooms and other classes (yoga, etc). All in all, I definitely recommend High Point Climbing. If you do a party here, definitely put a time 15 minutes prior to the actual start on the invites so that kids can get geared up and oriented asap so they can maximize climbing time.

My grandson fell and hurt his back and wrist and no one came over to see if he was hurt and he was. Why do you pair a 9 year old to skate against a 18 year old. The lady at the front desk was very ugly to him and would not let him talk. They gave the othe contestants all winner up tickets but not him and he just wanted to know why. I grew up skating and so did my children it should be a fun experience for all.

They recognized their mistake and offered us a 30x60 tent at no additional cost to us. They were out within the hour and put the tent up. The wedding was on a Saturday and they set up the tent & dance floor the Thursday before allowing us time to run lights and do some early decorating. While we had some hiccups that they did rectify, I would recommend them and use them again.

We picked them up on a Wednesday and returned them on the next Monday. The price was reasonable and we were not charged extra for keeping them 5 nights. We paid our bill and then a week later got a refund check in the mail. We had over paid and had not realized it. They sent the refund because they found the error. This tells me they are a trust worthy business.
