Worst tuxedo rental experience ever…read more First of all the woman in charge looks like she should be working at "Hot Topic", not a formal wear business. On my first visit I got measured and left deposit also agreed on a return date for the tuxedo (Monday after the Saturday event). During my second visit (pick up) the problems started. First of all I had to wait for a long time to be helped (she's the only employee) and on top of that she was rude. And to top things off she had changed the return date to Sunday the next day after my event (which was out of town). She claimed that they were closed on Monday, so I told her I would return it on Tuesday, she rudely shot me down. And finally to add insult to injury she kept my $10 deposit on a bogus claim. I am "Mr. Neat" and the tuxedo was returned in good condition (maybe she wanted me to dry clean it first before I returned it). So, if you don't want to have a bad time try another place instead, like AJ's Tuxedo right down the street from them.
