Fairly disheartened by the customer service that is now shown at Fino's. Especially after having Jerry work on my wedding, my brother's wedding, multiple friends wedding (which we referred. ), and numerous dances for numerous students. I went in last week to get measures for a jacket and possible vest for a wedding yesterday. The associate (Omar, I believe his name was) said it was plenty of time and that Jerry would call me later that day to let me know what was available. I never received any phone call and ended up calling a couple days later to which I was told that my jackets had arrived and we're ready for me to try on when I went in neither of the items fit, and that same associate said that he would let Jerry know, and that Jerry would call me back. Still no phone call. No heads up of lack of stock. Nothing. At least a phone call to let me know they couldn't help would have gone a long way since I was trying to find something for a wedding. I ended up just going to buy a jacket instead. What a bummer. read more

Just had my wedding on 9/10/22 and my husband and his groomsmen got their suits from Finos. I personally didn't like the service that my husband got from the staff. He wasn't able to pick up his suit until the day before the wedding. They kept telling him it wasn't ready because they had a lot of other weddings going on that same day and they were busy. So when my husband went to try on the suit it wasn't what he expected. The pants were way too baggy and the jacket was way too big on him! The groomsmen were not impressed with the way their suits fit as well! I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

When it comes to suit I have always felt intimidating visiting the retails store due to me not knowing my size, or have no clue of what I am looking for. A friend refer me to finos and i gotta say I walk in there asking for a sport coat a more casual styles, and instantly Jerry (the owner) started educating me and describing the differences between suits, blazers, and sport jacket and started showing me different style combination of outfit that we can get from one jacket. I'm working on building a wardrobe of professional outfits and jerry was extremely helpful in helping me select neutral colors to get more styles from the same jacket and pants. A month later I returned with my husband to tailor his dress pants for an out of town wedding. We came here for a wedding, we went in for the final fitting and the guy claimed my husbands pants were a different size we told him multiple times he wasn't that size and to please make sure it was the correct size, and Instead of having my husband try on another pair of pants he just proceeded to say the suit had already been sent somewhere to be fixed .. they told us they'd give us a call for pick up and we never received ONE call, my mom went for my dads suit and asked if my husbands was ready. We get home the pants are completely wrong and huge on him. The sleeves were ridiculously short. Mind you this one ONE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING! I called and they told me I could go in the next day at ten and I told them I wouldn't have time ! I went to return the suit and I asked for a refund and explained what had happened and when I said about the sleeves the guy claimed "that's normal " and that "no one takes pictures with their arms up anyways " he said he would look into the file and call us and I never ever heard back !!!! read more

We walked in on a busy Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. The customer service was still excellent even though it was busy. They were friendly, all our questions were answered, and they made suggestions along the way. My husband ended up renting a jacket, cuff links, and pocket square. He bought a shirt and pants that needed to be hemmed by Saturday. We picked everything up on Friday afternoon. If I were to nit pick I would mention a small stain on the back of the jacket top right shoulder area. Thanks for helping my husband look his best for his work party! I started planning my wedding in February of 2017 and I searched for affordable and stunning looking tuxedos for my groomsmen. It was not until around July of 2017 that I heard of Fino's. My friend recommended Jerry after she was happy with the outcome of her wedding. My brother was getting married in September and my sister in law was looking for a tuxedo company also. I took her to Fino's so we could kill two birds with one stone (my wedding and hers). She booked Fino's for her groomsmen and the Tuxedo's were of such great quality and the guys looked absolutely dapper. I knew I wanted to book Fino's for my wedding as well. Jerry went above and BEYOND to accommodate my bipolar self (lol), after I made SEVERAL changes from the colors to sizes and everything in between, Jerry did not show any frustration and he was extremely professional. The day before my wedding my sons tuxedo did not fit nor did my dad's. I called Jerry and he took the stress from me. He drove to the locations of my family members to swap the right size of their Tuxedos. I came here because I heard a good review about it and I was desperate so I decided, why not? I come in and the place looks like a mess, it just kind of shocked me. I don't get helped or greeted for a bit, but I figure it's okay so I can look around. While I'm looking, I see a good collection of alcohol and was very disappointed to find out their collection of drinks was better than their collection of suits.
