I had lots of mesh routers (eeros) but somehow I couldn't get reliable service throughout our house (2 floors + basement). That's where G-flo came in to save the day. Our technician Brian arrived early and investigated the situation. We had coax throughout the house and he was able to get internet flowing from the basement to the 2nd floor. I thought the problem was solved but we had some issues with the first floor so he CAME BACK and solved the issue with the first floor too, no questions asked. This was more than a value. This made the difference between working from home making sense and being unworkable.

With Brian, he was able to utilize old phone cables in my house to create a stronger connection. After adding mesh systems to these phone cables, I have steady WiFi throughout the house. My SONOs speakers do not disconnect, my TV plays consistent 1080p/4K channels, and I haven't experienced any lag when gaming. Brian did a great job understanding my needs and completing the job in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the issues, purchased equipment, and completed installs all in the same day. Without reading the fine print I gave up my ability to contest charges. I was charged significant service charges before I was ever aware of the charges. When I demanded Ron invoice me before making charges to my credit card , I was told that Cherry Digital Services did not do business like that. I was sold and installed on my computer anti-virus software. After it was installed , I complained my computer had been hijacked by a "virus" . I was told by Ron, no one guarantees anything in this business. My advice is be very careful about using Cherry Digital Pros. They may be techically competent but I think there business policies are terrible. Do your due diligence .

I called them as soon as I realized it was shut off and told Kendra about my situation and because I was behind I need needed to make $112 payment to turn it back on. i told her my situation that I am an 80% disabled veteran and am also on Ssdi on top of that due to a military injury. I told them that my son tested positive for Covid yesterday (9/21/21) and had to be out of school until the first and he has to have internet until then because his school told him to log into google classroom everyday to complete his work while he is out. And without internet he can't do that and asked if I payed half of it until I get paid again in 7 days if they could turn it back on for him and Kendra had no problem helping me out! and said that because I owe the $112 that someone could turn it back off again because they don't do the agreement like that. But I payed $50 which is what I had left for gas and essentials till i get paid again so I payed it tho she said I didn't need to but it would always help to pay down on your bill anyway but it was up to me and already had it turned it back on! I went ahead and payed it anyway though. Kendra is an awesome employee and deserves a raise! I hope spectrum sees this and finds my account and her notes to find out exactly which Kendra it was and give her one heck of a promotion! Manager material!!! Thank you spectrum and Kendra for helping my son be able to log into school during this difficult time! Thank you again! -Kory
