I left 6 messages outlining this to Brandy Olive... she has not once returned my calls. This is FRAUD at its best example! Each time the employees have been extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. This is extremely important since they are seeing you nearly (or completely) naked. I had one experience where the tan washed off in the shower the day that I got it. I went back that night and the girl worked me in even though there were no appointments available. She was very nice about the whole thing and sprayed me again for free. Also, they have a special where if you go back within 7 days you can get sprayed for just $10 which makes it very affordable. Overall, very good experience.

The girl I met with was great, but after the month was up, they tried to get me to pay for another month and an annual fee (even thought I told them it was a 1 month thing I was after). After being told I had signed an agreement for this deal, I was called later by a very helpful girl that told me they couldn't find any signed contract. Just be careful and don't sign for anything you don't understand.
