I gave this place 4 stars overall because while everything is clean and the beds are great and NUMEROUS- there's never a WAIT- I think they could do simple things around the place to make people feel more comfortable. Some rugs to step on instead of the cold tile floor, some dimmer lighting and warmer colors would be nice. I mean, your business consists of people getting naked in public... bright lights, bright white walls, and cold, hard floors aren't great for feeling comfortable. Also, some doors are iffy on locking. I want to KNOW some idiot isn't going to walk in on me. Anyway, love this place. Don't go anywhere else in town, they'll make you pay more than this place!

The card also had a nail technician's name on it. She left Magnolia House a few weeks after the gift certificate was purchased. Not my problem! So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone. NOT a good way to treat your customers!!! Bad business ethics!!!
