I was quite surprised to see a zero rating by someone who seems to be stealing business by stealing customers profiles from Pathfinder? I am able to vouch for this since I got an email from RajTravel whose contact was an ex-employee and I never even called or emailed them but I am getting spam emails? We call airline and find out the flight still go out ontime today- no cancellations at all. So what's happened? She either scam or overbooked. Update: so she offered my sister free ride home and promised that she will have tickets for my sister next day, she also admitted that she overbooked. That's a lie too, the seat were confirm with airline, if you book on same seat for other the airline can't let you booked. Correcting my middle name by 1 letter - they were charging $450. Cancelling my flight -- I have to pay the airlines penalty PLUS $150 per passenger for Mango Tours processing -- ending up paying 2 fees, when I could've just gone directly to the airlines to pay one fee. A previous flight of mine got rescheduled INVOLUNTARILY by Philippine Airlines twice and Mango Tours charged me both times $100+ each, to "re-issue my ticket" to me. I had nothing to do with the rescheduled flight, yet they still charged me. I couldn't get a refund for my April 2020 flight (INVOLUNTARILY CANCELLED) it was months and months out.. so I ended up just filing a dispute. I think customer support and general fees are better when booking directly with airlines, and avoid Mango Tours.

Denise spent hours with me on the phone figuring out what we liked, and helping us center a trip around snorkeling (a first for me - I came from New England before living in SF - that I've always wanted to do). She found us a super swanky all inclusive room and finagled us special decoration and welcome packages for honeymooners, all within our budget and on a tiny timeframe. Then a few days later right before I was going to pay, I called her up at 9pm on a Sunday (please don't be rude to her like me!) worried that the hotel wasn't quite right for us - we were going to Mexico and it felt a little too 'professional' for us, plus I was wondering if there was a way I could just walk right out and snorkel each day. Denise spent hours more with me that night helping me find the perfect spot and plans all over again, with no complaint whatsoever - she actually seemed excited! She really seems to love her job and genuinely enjoys learning about you as a person and matching you to the right trip. Then she even met me in the city where was convenient for me to take payment. We were later advised by Iberia that Flights Lux had been advised of the cancellation five months prior. The email provided matched a current employee of Flights Lux. When asked for compensation for the sheer terror of finding another flight and the inconvenience of flying back in Economy rather than the Business class flight we had booked six months prior, Flights Lux (Simon - not a nice guy) accused us of trying to blackmail them.
