This is my first time booking (on-line) for a Chauffeur Service, to a foreign country (UK), for…read morerides between Heathrow Airport and my Hotel in London. Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Highly recommended for travelers arriving in London with spouse/family and a lot of luggage! I cant imagine people travelling any other way!

Worst taxi 'service' ever. Whilst staying in Bracknell for…read morethe weekend, we booked a taxi to take us in to Reading. On the journey in, we arranged with the taxi driver for a lift back later for 12:30am. This was all confirmed and he said he would pick us up in the same spot we were dropped off at 12:30am. Around 12:25am we rang the firm to say we may be a few minutes late but we were on our way (as we are not from the area we struggled finding our pick up point). We thought they may have been late because of traffic, so we decided to ring them again at 12:40 asking where they were. We were told we had no booking and no car was on the way ?! They said they would send a car out but it would take 15-20 minutes to reach us.. Quite rude on the phone as well making this out to be our fault?! So we had to wait around in the dark on some random street in a place we didn't know. At 1:05am we rang to say we were still waiting and it had gone 20 minutes so they should be here by now. We were told the taxi was about 5-10 minutes away maximum (barely even an apology for keeping us waiting 35 minutes) At 1:15am with still no sign of the taxi we rang again, this time the taxi driver answered and said he was 2-3 minutes away. I asked if he knew where he was picking us up from, and he said a completely different place!! After correcting him and confirming the road name that we arranged, he then proceeded to ask us for directions and where this road was (despite having said several times we are not from the area!!) Finally we were in the taxi an hour after we were supposed to be. They also told us that the journey should have cost almost twice the price but they were doing us a deal (how considerate) although it was the same price as the first taxi journey we paid. All together totally disgusting service, no sympathy whatsoever and unreliable. Avoid using at all costs.

Our driver was there with a smile and a sign with our name on it. What a welcome sight after 12 hours of travel time! Our driver was so friendly. He told jokes most of the way to our Heathrow connection, and kept us very amused. He also had the car stocked with waters & CANDY! Kids thought he was the best driver ever. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. We haven't always had good luck with transportation companies, seems like they're never where they should be. This place is fantastic - highly recommend.
