This message to you is long overdue, but I wanted you to know what happened and that you have not been forgotten. I owe you a great big thank you! Almost a year ago, I was having just the worst time in my world. Botched dental work, leaky pipes, mono (twice) a car accident that left me with no truck and weeks of run around, and I lost my 2 pet ferrets, my babies (both terminally ill). Needless to say, my financial concerns were further impacted. One of the things that kept me moving forward was running for a young man named, Clayton. He has an under developed chromosome of some sort that has rendered him a forever 5 year old. He just turned 18 years old. He is such a sweet young man and I had made a deal with him in January 2014... I would walk/run/bike/swim the miles between my home and his and when I was done, I would show up on his doorstep to meet him officially in person. You see, we didn't know each other until we were partnered through www.whoIrun4.com. I couldn't wait to meet him and I could tell he was excited too! We'd only exchanged phone calls and Facebook messages for the first year and half, but we were already bonded. Every race I participated in was for him and the medals were sent to him to enjoy. He's my buddy! Then so many bad things started happening. I was mortified and scared not knowing how I'd be able to keep my promise to him. Then you called me. My first choice date in June (all scheduled/line up with the miles I needed to make to show up at his home) was not available. I was mortified. But even though that date wasn't available you heard my plea and you kept your promise to confirm within 2 weeks if we could make the 2nd choice of August work, even though that also looked bleak, but you worked it out. Because of you, I was able to keep my promise to Clay and I had the absolute best weekend with him and his mom (and my mom)! We didn't go anywhere fancy, we mostly just stopped by his High School, played putt-putt golf, and played in his toy box all weekend. But it was perfect! The flight was on Spirit Airlines, which we had never flown, so we were a little hesitant, but both flights (there and back) were perfect! The hotel location was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The rental car service was most excellent... they even offered us a free upgrade! And having the $50 in cash for additional expenses ... you guys are amazing! I came back to more crazy occurrences and other new burdens, but it had been my intention to reach out to you and just let you know... let you see just how special this trip was to me; and how much I appreciated all that you did to make it happen. I left a tip with regards to the concierge service not too long ago, but Yelp prompted me for a review, so here. We joined the program close to a year ago after hearing about it from some friends who had joined recently. Us and them were pretty new at it and I have to admit we were a little skeptical to start. That said, our experience has been very good and I would definitely recommend the service to anyone that is looking to do any amount of traveling at all. I personally have not bothered to keep track of the savings we have accumulated, but for us that has not been the point altogether. If you want cheap, fly Spirit, but that is just misery!!! Don't get me wrong, we are price conscious, but their prices have been absolutely great. For me (us), there is more to it than that - I left a tip about the concierge service and that to me is one of the greatest benefits - I mean, if the prices were just on par with regular agencies, it would be great to have a person you can call, who will do all the planning and pricing, but with their prices as good as they are, it truly is the best of both worlds - convenience and price. An example of what I'm talking about is a ski trip we took last February to Breckenridge. We called Randy and asked him for some suggestions. Within just a few hours he had lined up a condo that was just across the street from the lifts. He had also priced a few flight and rental car options as well as ski rental and lift ticket choices. The condo was a bargain! $548 for the week! rental car was very reasonable and I don't imagine we saved anything on tickets and skis, but having the whole thing done just like that was really nice - you get used to it quickly. We have had a couple of issues, but nothing to be a major detraction. On one occasion, we arrived at our hotel in Flagstaff and they had no record of the reservation. thankfully it was within business hours and the mixup was resolved with 30 minutes. I'm sure we are not the only people this has happened to and it was probably not their fault, but it was annoying never the less. The second mishap was getting charged twice for the car rental on the ski trip i mentioned above - again resolved quickly, but a bother. Finally, an additional aspect of the membership we have taken advantage of, that is a great selling point (and quite useful) is the ability to grant the benefits to our grown children, so they can use them right along with us, which they have done on more that one occasion. read more

My wife and I attended a Global Optiins Travel seminar a few weeks ago. Lured in by the gift, we were a bit skeptical of the whole idea, but it was miserable weather, so we had nothing better going on... The presentation, concept and value were certainly enticing, so we took a leap of faith and joined the program. As promised, we received a call from their office on the day after and we got through the short on boarding they do - pretty straightforward stuff. Best advice here: call the agent when you need travel - the site is good, but we got better pricing calling the office! Laci is very helpful with everything and we started working with her in our upcoming summer vacation to Europe. We have always wanted to tour Italy, but never liked the big tour group exercise! And, this where they have done a splendid job so far - everything is personalized, we were consulted every step of the way, from selecting our hotels to each and every destination, and sightseeing trip - the works! It has been a fantastic, exciting experience to participate in planning a wonderful vacation with the help of a knowledgable, friendly agent. Can't wait till June! read more

We are new members of Global Options Travel and just got back from our first trip arranged through them, which was a week in Cabo San Lucas. I went to all the sites I could including the resort itself, and I saved about $1,600 on a trip which would have cost me over $3,000 otherwise. I was very skeptical of this organization after we joined, figuring I would never recoup my membership, but I was wrong. The trip was great and far exceeded our expectations, which were upscale. I have worked with two of the people in travel (Kris and Eric) and they are totally service oriented and want to make your trip the best ever. Kris was especially great to work with on our Cabo trip as he got to know us and understood what we wanted and then found it for us. He called me several times as late as 8:00 PM his time and always followed up to make sure things went well for us. I look forward to working with him some more, especially on a big trip we are planning to go on in New Zealand. By the way, by using them we could stay in a great resort and not have to listen to any sales pitches on timeshares! read more

So,....let me start off by saying that if you don't get what this company is offering,....and supplying,...then you are an idiot and deserve to continue to pay the same amount you always have for your traveling needs. Did the company do what they said they would, which is supply traveling at below average pricing? Yes. Did the company provide an assistant, a personal assistant, to help with all of my families travel booking and planning? Yes. Did the company allow us to stretch out the payment, which was only $4,000, a one time fee (Nothing compared to what a REAL vacation costs) , and accept as little as $500 to activate the account? Yes. I mean seriously people. If you are cheap, then just say so. Don't call something a scam because you're either too broke to buy it or too stupid to understand what they are about. Wholesale vs. Retail. Wake up. I wonder how many of these morons have a membership to Costco or Sam's club, but can't see that this company is the same thing, just for travel. read more

LOVE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY! So glad we bought in at a very reasonable price, for LIFE, and even our kids inherit. All family can use too, now! Annual is CHEAP!!! We've already reaped several $100's in savings in only the first month we've owner. Great travel agents to assist. Esp helpful AGENT has been BRAD ANGLIN! He has found us unbelievable savings, more than we have found on our own or with our regular travel agent. Ask for Brad if you become a partner. We're very experienced travelers for some 20 years now. Own a good time share that we've not been disappointed in and use to it's fullest. Now we have a Travel Agency to assist with everything else. We received a letter in the mail regarding two free airline tickets, hotel and rental car. I never call on things like this only this time I did. So my husband and I attended the 90 minute presentation. They were true to their word on the offer. It is not one of those time shares. Their hope is to get you to sign up with them. They did not pressure us at all. They presented what they had to offer period. We did sign up and hope to take more vacations! So far we are very impressed with GO GLOBAL customer service!! We even have our personal concierge, Elizabeth Hennegan, she walked us through their website and showed us how to use it. Elizabeth is very personable and professional. My Concierge is Brad Anglin which is very nice and very helpful! Today I was able to be helped by Linda Hoang and she is a sweetheart! I have been a member since the beginning of the year and within the first 2.5 trips we got our money back from what we got the package for! Now every trip we take is all savings! It is sooo nice having people help guide you in great locations to stay at or even tell them where your wanting to go and they book your stay along the way! My trip to Daytona alone for the waterfront view & Fourth of July week was amazing! Everyone was booked up and they got me an ocean front room in a nice motel at a quarter of what other rooms went for. I definitely recommend Global! read more

My husband and I have been members of Global Options Travel for 2 1/2 years, and we are very pleased with their services. During that time they have saved us far more money than the initial enrollment fee that we paid. Hadley Dickey has been our Member Services Concierge for the past year and has been very helpful in finding us great hotels and great rates. Most recently she was instrumental in saving us over 10% on a European river cruise. She is very friendly and personable and always gets back to us in a timely manner. Just returned from a trip to Atlanta and stayed at the GrandHyatt Buckhead,which Casey With Global Options Travel, LLC recommended and booked for me. We had a fantastic time over the New Years. So far I can say that I have no complaints about the company. They do not claim to get you better airline pricing, only the lowest you would yourself be able to find. They do the work for you so it's a time saver in my opinion. My concierge is super helpful and DOES get be reduced pricing on hotels/cars, etc. I would recommend it to anyone, and yes, I do intend to use them for my upcoming international traveling since it tends to get complicated and I don't want to deal with it myself and make mistakes with airline timing/transfers, etc. read more

I had the opportunity to check out Global Options and found they can get the prices down a great deal, even if you want to travel to Alaska, or Ireland. You will have a team person set up your destination to your liking and preferences. I checked them out with the BBB in they are in good standing. You don't get that rating unless you get people what they want. They really went the extra mile for us and I would recommend them to others! read more

Truth: Fair and honest company with real offer without a doubt. No scam here. You just have to sit through a 90 minute presentation. The total government taxes will be between $70 and $100 dollars (which the company apparently cant pay for you by law) to get your 1000 dollar "free" package. That is the only "catch". You have up to 18 months to book the trip and don't have to pay the taxes on the entire package until booking! read more

So, for the money it's good. I would say over the last couple of years we have recouped our investment and if you look at it as dividends it certainly has paid handsomely. I don't quite get the whining. Used them for a few hotel stays here in the U.S. and some over seas, and coming up this summer, a group family cruise down to Cozumel and back - it was a good deal for sure.
