Bill Stanley spent close to an hour figuring out a creative way to modify the drainage and driveway so I could get my car into the garage, and still have decent drainage. He and his crew could not have been more professional or competent. They did a superb job and literally got it right down to 1/8 of an inch! They were courteous, pleasant, and hard-working, and did everything right. This was probably one of the smallest jobs they've done, but they handled it as if I was their #1 customer. They paved the main road in our neighborhood, and they went above and beyond for us. For the first time in 23 years, my wife accidentally took my car keys with her to work. That meant my truck couldn't be moved out of the way as they paved our street. They needed to connect the road to my driveway, and my truck was completely in their way. I figured I would just have a gap there from now on. But they came back the next day to touch up things, and I asked if they could touch up our driveway connection. I was concerned from my initial contact as he seemed uninformed about what product he was using and in fact was wrong in what he told me as I called the supplier, Crafco, and confirmed he was wrong. Yet, given the good reputation of his gradfather, who founded the company decades ago, I took a chance. What a mistake. Afetr 50 years in Sherman and never having any problem with any contractor, I can say without hesitation. Do not use this company. I am a retired physician and hospital administrator. Stay away. I had to hire TJ's Tree service to clean up his mess and complete the job. My second encounter was following the recent July 4th storm. He was working on another neighbor's job then drover his excavator into my yard (without permission) to dump debris in the woods on my property. needless to say, I do not recommend this service as there are more profess alternative.
