Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.

She was massaging my legs while constantly looking for different spa music on her phone. She would find Chinese music while going over and over on the same leg and then find something she liked and watch whatever it was on her phone screen. Huh?? At one point, she glanced over to see if I saw her. The music was orchestra like and not relaxing and then singing in Chinese. At this point, I wanted to get off the table early and check out of there. She never finished the full body massage because she was so distracted with her phone. I've never experienced anything like it. When I went to pay, she tried to tack on another $4 for something I couldn't understand and I refused 3 times to which she could see I wasn't budging. I'm mad at myself for leaving a tip for what was weird and not relaxing. And much of it hurt because I could tell she didn't have good technique and rhythm (I've had many a deep tissue massage in my day and nothing has ever hurt like this one.). We went to the Edmond Road location. The facility was very clean and nice inside. We completed the required forms and went to the couples massage room. My massage was by a man that was so rough with me, I had to tell him seven times that he was hurting me and to stop. I've had many deep tissue massages in my lifetime and this was a WAY different kind of touch; it was aggressive, rough, and felt abusive. His hands felt like rough corn husks. Early into the massage, he got up on my table, straddled my head, and rested his balls on the back of my head while massaging my lower back. When I squirmed with that, he then leaned over me, resting his stomach on my head as he rubbed my lower back, which I had to ask him to move his weight off of my head. He used his knuckles to rub my neck, which was very painful. I have marks all over my back (pictured here) from where he scrubbed me with a wet cloth so hard that it tore my skin in several places. When I rolled over on my back, he barely touched me, rubbing my temples for three or four minutes, and then down to the area just above my earlobe for three to four minutes with touch so light I could barely feel it. I asked him to move to the next activity. It was such a juxtaposition that he was so rough and aggressive with me while I was on my stomach and then he barely touched me while I was on my back. They also do not disclose that if you purchase a 90-minute massage, you only get 80 minutes for five minutes on either side of the service to undress/redress. My husband was massaged by a woman, who did a great job and he enjoyed her services very much. She did step out of the room for five minutes to help a customer that came in while we were getting our massages. We will not be going back.
