The door may be locked but Heather was ready to greet me at the door with such a welcoming energy. I felt shy and awkward at first but talking with her I felt more comfortable. You can dress to your comfort level. Prior to the spray, Heather went over the maintenance and tips for having a good tan. It should last about a week when you maintain it and follow the instructions. The spray process itself took about 10-15 mins, very fast. At the end you can use the blower tool to dry out the spray application. Booking was easy using the Vagaro website and Heather reached out as well to see if I had any further questions which I appreciated as a first timer. Overall loved the application process and the communication. Look forward to getting more comfortable with spray tans!

My skin is naturally like alabaster, so any tan in a bottle I've ever gotten over the counter hinted of orange if it wasn't bright orange. This hand sprayed tan is more brown. My skin smells good too. I followed all the instructions, and her instructions for turning and spreading arms and such in the booth were easy to follow. The whole process took about 15 minutes. They had a November special for 3 sessions for $99, and now I wish I'd gotten that instead of just one session. Next time- I'll get before and after photos!

She also has a sixth sense for weather and predicted it to rain about an hour before I was supposed to leave (which it did!) so she was kind enough to work around my schedule to find a new time for the appt so my tan wouldn't get ruined. She just hardly rubbed her hands over my back for 45 minutes. Never any pressure and she did not hit my pain spots. Next, my appointment was canceled again. Then, my appointment was canceled again, they must get sick frequently at Zendulgence or I am just very unlucky. Finally, I have my last appointment. I had 2 add-ons. My massage was 60 minutes with 2 add-ons, which took 25 minutes between the two. THEY TOOK MY MASSAGE TIME FOR THE ADD-ONS! Yes, they charge me full price for a massage of 60 minutes, they charge extra money for the add-on but did NOT add-on any time. In fact, she ended a couple of minutes early. I feel like I was swindled out of massage time for the add-ons.
