When I looked at the apartment the windows were opened as they said they were airing it out, since it was newly painted. I signed the lease moved in. Come to find out that the neighbors below me smoke. I contacted Jamie Pavlis several times without hearing back. After calling and calling he finally decides to stop by. He comes to the apartment, I guess he took a whiff and decided it was not bad, and never fixed the problem. He and his company did not put it in the downstairs neighbors lease not to smoke, thus, the company is refusing to put an air filter in our apartment. Problem number 2, the roof leaked and it took Jamie Pavlis about 2.5 months to fix it. All of my stuff in the addict was ruined and there was black mold growing on the ceiling. This company does not return calls, and IF they do address a problem it is not in a timely manner. My only guess is they are not used to being accountable for there poor property management skills as they usually rent to illegal immigrants, and individuals without education.

He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property.
