There was a little concern with our layout when I first called, so the owner, John, offered to come to our house the day before the scheduled delivery to confirm the placement would be possible and safe. It ended up that my husband sent pictures, and explained measurements of the screen roof beams, so John was able to determine what was needed to make it work. The installation and pickup was right on time and everyone involved was friendly and efficient. The price was significantly less than other companies I called, so now if I ever need to rent party type equipment, Jan's will be my first choice.
