The primary issue is that two of the three games didn't work. The inflatable skeeball machine came with a torn power cord for the blower. The inside wires were clearly exposed, and as a result, it kept deflating. With a lot of duct tape, we were able to get it to function for the three hours. The other, which operated on just a simple 9v battery, died after one use, and of course, we didn't have another 9v battery. Fortunately, a neighbor did, so we were able to get it fixed within an hour. (The third game did not have any electronic parts.) They were also very odd with the contract. You pay a deposit, then - even though they have your credit card - you have to "authorize payment" in full two day before. Totally fine. Except that I did authorize payment both by email and text, well in advance of the deadline - and they STILL cancelled my order and attempted to charge me a "reinstatement fee," which I had to call to fight with them to get it removed. Failed to respond to emails asking for additional rental of tables. We also had to pay a "late pickup" fee because our event started at 6, and they refused to pick up any later than 9pm, despite paying the late pick up fee and repeated requests over the weeks leading up to the event, including offers to pay more for a later pick up. Literally, kids are playing at 9:03, and they disconnected the power. Overall, they just weren't nice, and the equipment was pretty sad and worn down. Definitely will stick with the tried and true companies, who seem to appreciate their customers and to understand that renting party stuff should be JOYFUL and FUN, not mean and difficult.

There were things I was sending her pictures of she told me she could fulfill. Like I wanted a Cinderella carriage. I was going to purchase myself just for my daughters party. She told me she had it. I asked her to send me a picture because she had no pictures she said it wasn't put together. I received a message from someone telling me to be careful she's a scammer. That she ruined her cousins wedding. So now Im on edge and I ask her for a refund and she refuses to refund me the $500 i paid upfront and i wasn't in the financial position to let her keep it. So basically what I asked her for i didn't receive. She's a sweet woman, and very communicative BUT she makes alot of broken promises. This was for my daughters 16th birthday. I sent her photos of my expectations and she not fulfill any of it. She went in and did what she wanted to do. It was pretty what she did but not what I asked for. Would I do business with her again. No i would not. I would not recommend her to anyone. Because her work isn't horrible but you definitely don't get what you ask for.

I sent her multiple inspiration photos of the decor that I wanted. She responded with photos showing what she was done for her past events. I booked her for centerpieces, drapery, chair covers, and the guest book phone where guests can leave messages for a little over $600. First: The centerpieces she provided were sloppy and unprofessional. My theme colors were red and black with a touch of gold. She had the main colors of the centerpieces white, with bits of red flowers and the styrofoam showing underneath. The bouquet was supposed to be red and black. She did all red. It was nothing like we agreed upon, so I did not use it. I had to use flowers from the venue instead. The decor on the sweetheart table was no where close to what I asked her. Second: There was a lack of communication leading up to my wedding. I asked her two weeks before to send photos of the centerpieces and bouquet that she put together, but she didn't respond. Instead advise me two days before that everything was set. In this event, what happened is what I was trying to avoid; her coming with things I didn't like or approve of. Third: She left the venue before the entire set up was complete to get something that she said was 15 mins away, and she wasn't back before dinner, so my friends and family had to finish the table set up during the cocktail hour. Fourth: She never brought the phone for the guest book phone call like we agreed on. I messaged her after the wedding and she stated that her friend told her we didn't need the phone. This is not true as everyone including the wedding planer was aware she was bringing the phone. I tried to leave a review on Thumbtack, but she conveniently deleted her account on this app. I do not recommend her services.
