Used this company for several years and was happy with them until three months ago. Cleaning got worse and worse and finally this week I said enough is enough. They didn't vacuum or mop my floors, clean my windows,etc. I came home to dirt,dog hair and dead flies on my floor, windows and french doors with smudges all over them. I'd give zero stars if I could. I recommended three other clients to them. All three are firing them for bad service too. STOLEN WATCH First I'll start off that the Main Lady (idk if her name is Gloria) is very nice and ethical and organized. Upon interview, it will just be her. However post hire is when I noticed the true gap in the business. I highly advise anyone using her service to please make sure you watch over her team while cleaning. My expensive watch all of a sudden disappeared. We dont have anyone over as visitors. I was under the impression that upon hiring Gloria, it would be Gloria and only Gloria cleaning the house. Apparently its Gloria and (one or) two more of her inconsistent assistant cleaners. Meaning that she will bring her assistance to get your house cleaned faster. Sounds nice at first.....but during every visit, her assistance constantly changes. Meaning its always someone new. Personally, I have a problem with that because I know Gloria, but I don't know her assistants. Granted shes impressive with her pre-printouts of a summary of work and her tablet. But when you have no control or supervision of your staff which results in sticky fingers, it deters your profession. My advice to all is to make sure you have cameras in your rooms they clean or keep a strong hawkeye while they are cleaning your rooms...meaning be right there with them...and also ask Gloria to just bring herself to clean the house and no one else. As far as details....they are surface cleaners. Dont expect them to move beds and clean behind untouched areas. They are in the business of Quickfast cleaning and off to the next client. read more

Gloria is great! She came over to give me an estimate and came the first day of service. I'm a very picky person and she meet all requirements. The only downside is that she does not offer laundry service, I had to hire someone separate for that service. I do recommended Gloria and her staff. read more
