Requested carpet cleaning for my whole house plus tile and grout cleaning specifically . Carpet cleaning was okay but not great . Grout cleaning was horrible and sealant was virtually non-existent . When I brought the grout and sealant issue to the technician's attention his response was "you just have bad grout ". He did not use a grout brush but just the circular tile scrubber . I found the tile and grout cleaning completely unacceptable . They did refund the sealant amount however I would never recommend this company for any service . read more

my 6 yr old light blue sofa and loveseat that my family and two dogs have been sitting on looks brand new! now I wish I had taken before photos so readers here could see the improvement! the tech was able to remove this odd yellowing, probably skin or coat oils, from where my large dog would rub against over the years. and the attention to detail! the tech even cleaned the part under the cushions! and so accommodating- I had a 10-1 arrival window and at last minute I had an appointment at 9:30, emailed them immediately stating I probably wouldn't be home till 11; no problem, they said. you were second stop anyway, but to be safe let's do 12-3. the tech arrived at 12:30. and spent 90 minutes cleaning my furniture- such thoroughness and pride in a job well done is rare these days. and the price was great! tech was friendly and polite. The worse service ever.... They are rude in the phone, and do not have a professional work and terrible customer service. My carpet was not clean completely and he was in rush to end the work and he charged me more. I called several times to speak with the supervisor. I spoke with Randy which was rude and never let me speak with his supervisor. Finally, he hangs the phone. It's sad companies like this are around the Orlando area. Waste of money completely. My carpets needed a refresher - they weren't particularly dirty but started developing that "pets live here" musty odor. Everything advertised was exactly what I got. Immediate response and willingness to work within my schedule. Sean let me know he was on the way and was extremely friendly. He got right to work, answered my questions and explained to me what was happening in the process. I had a few tough spots that he helped me understand how to deal with going forward. Do not use these people to clean your grout because they will chip your tile! Not only did they chip the tile in several places, but the guy didn't tell me he did this. When I called the office to complain, the lady refused at first to let me speak to one of the owners (saying she is in charge.) Then she said she will have an owner call me back, but nobody ever called back!! Obviously they do not take responsibility for their work on the level of the guy who cleans or the management level of the owner(s). The guy who came out did, however, do a nice job cleaning the carpets. Just do not ever let him clean the grout which he went out of his way to say he can do on tile floors. read more

We exchanged emails over the course of 2 days. I was given a quote, and provided all information requested. As an afterthought, they asked what floor I was on, and only then told me they couldn't service a third floor apartment, which I'm on. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the fact that I'd already turned down other offers. Their response was that they address this "unique variable as soon as we identify it." There is nothing "unique" about living on a particular floor. Just the opposite, it's a universal variable, given that everyone lives on one or another. "[A]s soon as [they] identify it" is accurate only because they didn't attempt to identify it in their initial response. Clearly, that should have been "before we enter a conversation, what floor do you live on?" In fact, this should be clearly posted on their website so as to avoid wasting a potential customer's time and energy as they did mine. Obviously, I can't comment on how well they did a job that they belatedly acknowledged they are unable to do. I can, however, comment on their customer service, which is terrible. read more
