Nelson Christian Church is definitely small but they are amazing! We attended the 10am service, which is a contemporary service. We LOVED the music! The band was amazing and played some of our favorite songs! (The 8:30 service is traditional with the old school hymns, which we're personally not really into). Pastor Mark was great! His sermon was really great. We like when pastors include humor into their sermons... it's not so stuffy like the olden days. We just loved how welcomed we were. No dress code. Come as you are. Jeans are just fine. NCC even gave us a first time visitor gift! So super nice! Our kiddos loved the children's Sunday School. (They said they got a snack of a juice box and cookies... which if they raved about because we usually don't let them have sugar.) A new playground was put up and they got to play on that as well. We are so glad we got to attend this church with my Aunt and Uncle! We'd love to return the next time we're in town.

In Louisville, we've got small churches, but bigger ones are more on my radar. Anyway, I came here for a wedding. It's a nice space! It felt open. It didn't feel super historical, but still kinda old school with the hard to pull down/ push up kneeling benches. No lobby here. It made for an awkward experience as I stood with the rest of the bridal party and groomsmen in a tight little area where the guests had to enter. It's my friend's family's home parish though. They know the priest and all that. Kentucky isn't known for having a large population of Catholics (or rather, the South). My friend told me that this is one of the few in the area. The parking lots is small, but I will add that they do have a good number of disability parking spots. Like a lot! There's another lot a bit past the main lot, which would catch the overflow. It's near the parish offices. Anyway, it's tucked away in a random area of town. I don't know Radcliff very well, so it seemed like an odd location. Overall, loved it though! The air conditioning was great in here for a warm day!
