The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great.
