I made my first appointment with Leah in January 2015 and haven't gone anywhere else since! At times I can be a touch squeamish about treatments, but Leah explained everything very well and gave me reading material to help me make an informed decision. Since then I've had 2 Dermapen treatments, 1 forever young treatments, 2 skin tightening, 2 photo facials, 1 universal contour body wrap, and 4 laser hair removal treatments - all constantly amazing with stunning results... At the end of this summer I actually had fewer brown spots than I ever had before. It was definitely the combination of the laser treatment and physician grade skin care. I went for my follow-up and was told by the technician that the treatment had to be done again. I did not want to go through that again and asked for a partial refund. I had already written a negative review on Google and was told I had to remove my negative review on Google and sign a document stating I would not write any more negative reviews and then they would refund me only 10% of my money. If you are considering this clinic I would recommend that you carefully read all documents they ask you to sign, confirm what they mean by "guaranteed" results and also inspect the cleanliness of the clinic. Also, be aware that there was no receptionist any time I went there, just one person who was the technician. Client's files were kept in the open on the front counter so when the technician was doing a treatment anyone could access them. Sept. 7/24 I am not a scammer - my Yelp somehow showed I was in LA - that was corrected before I posted my review. Agreed to do both legs knees down for $6000.00 My first treatment was painful but healed OK. I had many bruise like spots. She told me they will go away. Second treatment Damy told me half way thru treatment to stand on the bed as she couldn't see well, after starting this treatment I thought I better stand I didn't want any mishaps. I am wearing blackout goggles and nothing to hold onto. November 13, 2021 I went for my 3rd appointment and she told me I'm finished, she isn't doing any more treatment as 70% is done? I was understanding that I would have a number of appointments to treat the spider-veins and certainly 70% is not done. Damy then said I'll do a treatment today. Clearly she saw I was disappointed after agreeing to do both legs knees down for a lot of money. I lay on the bed and she started, then told me I have to stand up so she can see. I paid a lot of money to have this done properly, I was scared to not get it completed properly, I stood up on the mobile bed yet again. It was hurting so bad I told her I've had enough I was dizzy and nothing to hold onto. Blindfolded with goggles for the laser. When I sat down on the bed she started saying she had done a good job and wanted me to do a Google review. Damy even got my purse off the hook, my phone was in, and told me she would show me how. I didn't want to write it at that moment as I'm in a lot of PAIN. She used wet cold towels on my legs. I wrote a nice review to stop her from asking. We then went to the front and she is telling me that I have BLISTERS and I will have to be careful in the next few days. I said the last two times I was ok healing. WRONG! I went home to 6 BIG BLISTERS from the laser BURNING thru my skin in 6 areas. I have consulted my DR. three times and have been put on antibiotics and antibiotic cream. I've been consulted about wound care. These laser burns are deep and not healing. Today January 12, 2022 and they are still open Blister Scabs. Not Healing Yet!!! I have asked White Rock Laser Clinic on George St for a refund. Nothing Yet!
