What can I say? I love this Laser clinic. I find the staff professional, talented and very warm and friendly. I feel like I've known them for years In the middle of June, I had an IPL and was amazed at how great my looked skin looked after less than 2 weeks from getting it done. I was warned that the brown spots might take a few weeks to fully sluff-off, but much to my surprise, all the spots were gone after one week. Being a native Californian, I had a lot of sun spots...my skin has never looked so even as it does now. I plan to do this again to get rid of additional sun damage. I also had a skin tightening treatment done on my face and the immediate results were stunning. When I called in to inquire, the abrupt receptionist took my number and told me I would be contacted the next day, after all we do close at 4pm and its already 330, taah. The following day, I received a return call from a coordinator who was even more abrupt and on the verge of rude. Not interested at all about selling the business, I was told that they could fit me in in 3 months for a consultation, which could only be booked if I left a deposit on a credit card. Sorry Dr Mosher and company; if you want my $1100-$4000 (which was spelled out to me in the first minute of my conversation) you'll have to get staff with some better sales techniques never mind manners. read more

After receiving 'alright' breast augmentation a few years back, I decided to return for lipo on mainly one thigh. Dr. Mosher left me with a large indent in the side of my butt, changed my figure from curvy to boxy and took fat from my gluteal fold causing unsightly folds and significant sagging. His attempt to fix his errors and revise with fat transfer didn't help but that procedure left me more uneven. Photos on Realself. His mannerisms towards me fluctuated. He was often condescending and rude. Mistakes happen, but don't try to gaslight the patient. I was kind and didn't rush off making bad reviews until after the attempt to fix the mistakes. His attitude towards me has now caused me to write these. I tried to be nice to him. His demeanour made me uncomfortable with anxiety and he fed off that energy. I have been a patient of both Dr. Mosher's and a client of Yes Medspa since 2012. Dr. Mosher is kind, forthright, insightful, honest and soft spoken. In my opinion and experience he will never ever operate without being brutally honest with you. In my case he even refused to do a procedure on me which he felt would result in less than optimum results. If you want a doctor who will operate on you, promise you things he knows he can't deliver either because of your age and or your skin's lack of elasticity (my case) or possibly because you're overweight (I could lose a few pounds) then you should go elsewhere. Dr. Mosher, in my opinion is very cognizant of what he can and what he can't deliver and like any artist (he is a plastic surgeon) he makes me feel as if he does not want to put his stamp of approval on anything he cannot fully endorse. The results I've achieved with Dr. Mosher's care have resulted in a more youthful appearance and not one person would ever know that a scalpel has touched me unless I tell them. Yes Medspa is staffed with knowledgeable and hard working staff. I have had great results using the ZO Skin Health products they've suggested for me. I am nearing 50 years old and I consistently have people say that they think I am 10 years younger than I am. I feel it is a combination of the skin care I have received from the Medspa area of Dr. Mosher's clinic as well as Dr. Mosher's procedures. I highly recommend this centre to anyone wanting to explore a more youthful look without looking as if you've had anything done. read more

I love Dr. Mosher and YES Medspa. I first saw Dr Mosher about 4 years ago for my breast augmentation. I found him knowledgable and honest but also straightforward. I had set up other consultations previously but after seeing him I cancelled the others and went with him. He told me what kind of results to expect and also what not to expect. I am extremely with the procedure and the after care. I started going to the Medspa in December of this year as I decided I needed to give my skin a pep up, I am starting to age you know! I was scheduled with Angela, who is awesome. She shared my excitement of seeing what we could do. We had the consultation and I left excited to start the skin fit program. The products (ZO Skincare) are amazing. I love them. I also went in January for the Silk Peel with her. She was friendly and professional and the results were great. I have been completely impressed by my experience with Dr. Mosher and most of his support staff. I chose him to perform a tummy tuck on me after a great deal of contemplation. I am a middle aged mother of two with a lifelong struggle with my weight. I recently made a complete lifestyle change and shed over 60 pounds. My skin had lost a lot of elasticity due to my age and years of roller coaster weight loss and gains. Even though I had worked so hard to transform my body, I was left disappointed by an abdomen that was draped in loose, stretch marked, wrinkly skin. I started every day feeling disgusted by my reflection. I decided that although surgery would be very expensive, I was worth it and started saving. Dr. Mosher came highly recommended by two of my doctors, so I booked a consultation. The process began with telephone screenings from his very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable staff. They helped to answer all of my questions and welcomed me to call back with any further questions. From the first phone call until now, three months post surgery, they let me know that they are always available to assist me with any information I need. My consultation with Dr. Mosher went very well. He had a very nice bedside manner. He was kind and very clear as to what he would be able to do to help me. He was very open to answering any of the questions that I had at that time. I booked my surgery with him with no hesitation. I was supplied with a lengthy surgical booklet that was very detailed with information to help me prepare for surgery. It informed me of all that I should expect from surgery to long term recovery. I was encouraged to call his staff with anything that I was unsure of. Most of my interactions were with a nurse named Tasha. She was great. I don't think there are enough nice things to say about her. She is so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. She is very professional, knowledgeable and so understanding. Surgery day was surprisingly relaxing. Everyone there from the receptionist to the recovery room nurses made me feel at ease. The pre-op time was like a visit to a spa. Dr. Mosher met with me just before surgery and was very supportive and caring. My post surgical follow-ups were handled by his very capable supportive nurses. They were available to take any questions and give me directions for my personal care. Dr. Mosher checked in on one visit to check on my progress and he will be seeing me again on my next visit. I believe that his time is better spent in surgery assisting even more fortunate patients rather than seeing patients on every follow up visit, given the competence and thoroughness of his staff. The resulting transformation is nothing short of amazing. I am definitely pleased with my new reflection. I am still in recovery and may possibly require some minimal scar revision in the future. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded. I think that Dr. Mosher could be described as a "surgical artist". I must say that recovery is not a breeze. The decision for this surgery should not be made lightly but the results make it all worth it. Having gone through it .......would I do it again?...............ABSOLUTELY! read more

FIVE stars all the way! I have been going to Yes Medspa and Cosmetic Surgery Centre for many, many years now. I have had many procedures done including short scar facelift, breast augmentation, laser resurfacing, Botox, fillers and the list goes on. All of my results have been even better than I had hoped for. I have been Dr. Mosher's patient for close to ten years now. He has always been very honest, thoughtful, considerate and professional and his work is the BEST I have had! I have had two previous breast augmentations with a different surgeon and this was by far the one with the best results. By far is not a strong enough word to be honest. But even above all that the clinic and surgery center is so easy to access. Having been small-breasted all my life, I always dreamed of having a little more, but did not want the obvious 'fake' look. One of my breasts was also noticeably smaller than the other one, which made finding a good-fitting bra very frustrating. During my consultation, I expressed my desire to "go as big as I could go while still looking natural". Being 30 and never having had children, my breast skin was very tight (i.e. would not stretch very much, and there was not a lot to work with). Because I have very little body fat in my torso, highly-cohesive silicone gel implants in a teardrop profile (also known as anatomical shape), implanted sub-pectorally through a crease incision were suggested. I had arrived at the same conclusion through my own independent research, but it was very comforting to have my conclusion corroborated in person by the surgeon. To correct the breast asymmetry, my smaller breast received a 375mL high-profile implant, while the larger breast received a 320mL moderate-profile implant. This 55mL implant size difference has evened out my breasts perfectly; both bra cups fit the same now. I used to wear a 36A/B, and now I wear anywhere from 36C to 36/34D, depending on the brand of bra. I consider my breasts to be an honest C-cup. The scars are just under two inches long, and hidden perfectly in the breast crease. Immediately after surgery, I had hyper-sensitive nipples, but this disappeared completely by the one month post-surgery mark. This was about the time I was able to wear underwire bras with no irritation to either the nipples or the healing incision. My implants are also known as gummy bear implants. While they are firmer than natural breasts, I absolutely LOVE them and haven't looked back! Nobody can tell my breasts are augmented because the final outcome looks so natural and in proportion with my 5'11", 160lb figure. Three months post-surgery, the implants have settled nicely, my breasts feel great, and I have resumed my moderate workout routine. Dr. Mosher and his staff have a very comprehensive, easy-to-follow pre-op and post-op plan. My surgery was complication-free. Personally I did not require painkillers beyond the day after surgery because I experienced minimal pain during recovery. I only experienced discomfort due to skin stretching, and this was easily resolved with ice-packs, which were only necessary for the first week. Every step of the way, from the initial phone call and assessments, to the surgery day where they wheeled me right to my car, through all the post-op follow-up appointments, the common thread has been professionalism and friendliness on the part of Dr. Mosher and every member of his staff. I saw Dr. Mosher for a consultation which I paid 115$ for. His staff were all very friendly but he was pompous and arrogant. He entered the room and promptly pulled his chair so close to me that he was literally breathing in my face and invading my personal space. He barked questions at me and I did not feel welcome but rather judged for being there. Why on earth a doctor who wants to sell a 8k treatment would want to intimidate his potential client is beyond me. This dr. was rude, spoke down to me and has an ego so big I would not want to hire him for anything. read more

I was guided, responded to, made to feel important from my first phone call The office is modern and fastidiously clean Andrea is a RN who takes you through all the planning, pre op tests, paperwork etc. She called me back, always within an hr and even met with me unplanned, while I was there for another treatment For the follow up appt, today, Andrea gets you prepared, so everything is ready and goes smoothly when Dr Mosher comes in. Pre and post surgery. Dr Mosher....... What a kind, caring, supportive man. I made an appointment to see Dr. Mosher as a few of my friends have seen him and were really happy with their results. i've heard such awful things from other surgeons so I booked a consultation with him. He's quite busy so it took a few months to get in but once I did I was very impressed. The office is very well run and organized. The staff were very friendly and i found Dr. Mosher to be very down to earth. He showed me what my results would be like on a 3d image on a computer and I was able to try on different sized implants which really gave me an idea of what i could expect with results. Another friend of mine said one doctor told her to fill a sock with rice to get an idea of what she would look like. I am really excited for my surgery and hope my results are as good as my other girlfriends! I also asked about some loose skin on my stomach from having my babies and he told me that I wasn't ready for surgery and could hold off by doing a laser type treatment. i appreciated his honesty. read more
