This is their Midtown location, which I frequent because of the super convenient parking right out front--makes it so easy for a quick drop-in or last-minute appointment. The waiting area is welcoming and bright, with gorgeous white marble floors and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The space feels open and airy, and they've got a great selection of skincare products displayed alongside comfortable seating, so you can relax while you wait. The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. Glow Medical Spa is a must go to! I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped inside. The decor is clean, crisp, and relaxing. The white floors and walls make all of the accents on the wall pop. The ladies who checked me in at the front desk were inviting and kind. They both knew it was my first time at Glow. They made me feel comfortable. My mini facial & lash lift service were excellent! Tatum was fantastic! It had been a very long time since I had been to a spa. And also since I had treated myself to a facial. The service was incredibly soothing. My skin felt renewed. My face felt so soft and clean. Tatum also gave me tips on how to keep my skin healthy. But she did so by not pushing all of their products to me. This was important to me! Spas I have been to in the past generally always try to get you to buy a multitude of their products. Tatum simply asked me my skin care routine. Then she suggested adding two serums which she felt are beneficial to everyone's skin care. She answered my questions effectively. My initial visit to the place was for a consultation. At my consultation, I was told that a Chemical Peel is the best solution for my problem. I even made sure to ask if it works for my skin tone and was assured that it does. Next I came in after a week for the peel but the result was not what I expected. There was no peeling and it didn't work at all for me. They called after a few days to check and I told them how I saw nothing happening. The most shocking part was that the person calling me didn't even know where I got the treatment done- I got it on my legs and she thought it was my face. She told me that they will call again after a week but I received no call. I was really disappointed because I spent $230+ and got nothing out of it. I was later told that micro-needling is another great treatment for me and they can give me 10% discount on it. I am really upset because I came in specially for a consultation to see what would work best for me but they didn't tell me about micro-needling at that time. After wasting so much money and time for no results, how am I suppose to spend another $400 plus for this new technique. Overall, I am really disappointed and upset. Two years in a row, an absolutely amazing experience! I only get botox once a year, and as we are military I have to find new providers often. I've had the privilege of going to Glow two years in a row now, and I can't say enough good things!! Everyone is so warm, inviting and kind. The facility is clean, calming and modern. My injector last time Toni was great, loved my results. My injector (Kelly) this visit was nothing short of fabulous! I decided to try something new to me, a lip flip using Botox, that Kelly said would be a good gauge of if I'd like lip filler eventually. Holy WOW, was she right!! Haven't yet seen how my botox will turn out as it takes 10 days to fully see the result, but I am thrilled with my experiences so far. I wanted to see about getting permanent eye liner, so I tried a couple of times for a shorter time frame before I committed. Both visits were a waste, 1st time it was uneven and whatever she used to "tint" was very painful when she was trying to fix The 2nd the same. I was told she was trained, but in the room while messing up she admitted to not having much training. I used to visit GLOW regularly and never had any issues. Eden is amazing! She is the best part of GLOW in my opinion. A few months ago a co-worker of mine decided to go to GLOW because of how I talked about them when I was mentioning my services. She ended up having a bad experience. I also understand that just because you have a bad experience does not mean anything was necessarily done "wrong" I was upset that I said such good things and now the person I referred was like what the heck. She felt she was talked down to and not informed fully prior to her injections. I emailed GLOW and all I wanted was for them to acknowledge I was annoyed as a regular client that someone I sent had a horrible experience apologize and ask me to have her call them. Instead I was brushed off treated like a whiny customer who was trying to get a patients private information. I did not want anything other then an acknowledgement and apology. I have given this month's of thought hoping someone from GLOW would contact me. I emailed GLOW yesterday ( Monday ) and requested to get the name of the manager I spoke with because when she called me about the experience she was callus and cold and just wanted to get me off of the phone. I was told they would have to have the owner call me today by close of business.. this has given her 2 full work days to call me. She had not... I spent a lot of time and a lot of money at GLOW I wouldn't recommend going there if they were the last medi spa in town. Mistakes have been made before and I know people are human so I never even mentioned it but where is the customer service? I've recently moved back into town and haven't used a local spa. I walked into this spa completely open to suggestions and ways to deal with dry winter skin. My person was so snobby that she didn't even answer my questions about services or products. She didn't make any suggestions of services besides the only 1 I knew of. Literally walked away as I was asking about combo of products. The front desk girls were the ones who made suggestions and gave me a few samples to try in addition. I felt like maybe because I had on jeans and a hoodie that I didn't look like I had money, but that is a pretty serious mistake for any high end service provider. I'm not sure if there are any other local spas, but I would consider looking at spas in other close cities. This is the reason I hate Savannah. I've been in New Orleans the last decade and people don't treat customers like this in other metro areas. read more

The place is so disorganized, over-priced, and the "master-nurse" is a total flake, and when I tried to google her was oddly unable to find any credibility to back her claims- no work history and is an RN not a master's degree....But Glow promotes her as having 10 years of experience????? Doesn't make sense. To top it all off- I heard the staff talking poorly about 3 other clients while in there! I'll never spend a dime here again. This was the most disappointing spa experience of my life I always try and give fair and unbiased reviews but when I have a bad experience I always address it with the staff/ management first so they have the opportunity to fix issues first. I feel the only way service and products can improve are when they know about issues at the time and not just have mindless rants online by faceless whiny consumers So after having my my first detox body wrap and it being disappointing, unprofessional, and not what was advertised I addressed it with the staff at the visit I felt blown off " well is your skin soft at least" and " how about a cupcake", but was told they would mention it to management. I Went in to get a photo facial. I have had at least 10 in my life time and have gotten great results. This has been my first time at Glow medical spa. This has been a nightmare. I received my treatment from Kelly one of the RN's in the Eisenhower locations, however I know she works at the downtown location as well. While giving me my treatment she burnt my face, within a hour my face blistered up and started weeping for the next couple of days. I reached out to Glow medspa and Kelly tried to convince me that was normal reaction and was the kind of result women want and guaranteed in 8 weeks it would slough off and have a great result. If there was any residual mark, she would just do a chemical peel, and it would look great. I received my treatment in November, I received a chemical peel last month, and Yes I am still scared. The Estatician, there has been very helpful trying to fix Kelly's mistake, but unfortunately the scar is still hear and don't know if it will be going away. You can get some great results from photo facials, but just do your homework, just because they have an RN behind their name does not make them qualified to give the treatment. read more

My experience was especially reminiscent of the doctors office in that I waited 40 minutes from when I arrived until my service began and then felt rushed. Unlike my doctor, they did discount my service 10%. It just didn't feel like enough, when you consider that I had a babysitter and it is already a more expensive facial than anywhere else in town. Still, the esthetician was kind, apologetic and skilled enough.
