I had a surgery scheduled that was not needed and was not notified that the testing needed to be done at a exact time of my cycle in order to be correct therefor making me believe I had blocked tubes, had an ultrasound done and the results were not relayed to me and left me with more questions than answers. If I were to ask questions, he had an attitude about it all and would answer with the tests could be wrong. Going to this office was an absolute waste of time and was an emotionally damaging experience.

It's said that every facility in the UP Health System feels different and - so far - I agree. I was there for a 'procedure' and was already nervous (and pretty darn hungry; not the best Trish), but the staff put me at ease at once. I felt like the most important person in their care for the day and, honestly, that goes a long way towards overall care and commitment. Parking is easy and free, the signage in the facility is helpful and the staff makes every effort to make you comfortable and well-cared for.
