I was looking for a good white light treatment product for my psoriasis and also wanted red light for lines and wrinkles. I typically use the machine at least 3 times per week (switching between red and white each day) for around 9 months. My face looks amazing. Almost no lines on my face or neck (I'm 71 years old!) and even using on my hands and seeing improvement. It didn't work well for my psoriasis (found a cream) but it still is giving me positive results. Very easy to use. I can lie down on the bed, listen to music and relax. Highly recommend. read more

When I got my facial steamer, I ordered half of it was missing and then on top of that the unit with the actual vessel that contains the water was plastic and the handle was completely not movable. It was cheap and defective. That I found out that they don't have any returns and I was stuck with it!! the whole experience was negative and they have horrifying customer service. I bought the ZoShape from Glownar for almost $20,000 and the touch screen burned out in less than one week of use. I contacted support and they sent me a new screen for me to replace myself. After one year of use, both handpieces stopped working. Even though the device is still under warranty, I was charged $892 for the smaller handpiece. I paid the invoice, and only then they told me they would not ship it because of supposed late payments on another device that I bought after the ZoShape. This makes no sense and goes against the warranty of a machine that is fully paid and still covered. The small handpiece pulled all the massage oil inside because it has no sealing, and the technical team created a cleaning protocol that does not exist anywhere in the manual to justify the damage. The larger handpiece also failed. After opening it a few times for cleaning, the connector became loose and the radiofrequency stopped working. The device is not worth the price. It does not have durability and the support is inconsistent. I do not recommend Glownar. read more

DO NOT BUY!! I thought I was buying a "professional" device. I used the Lisse LED ultrasonic machine 4 times. I followed all cleaning protocol, it's never been dropped or misused. I noticed that it was starting to become discolored. Contacted customer service, was told I needed to text a video to a cell phone number and someone would get back to me. I was told the issue looked like normal wear and tear, to which I responded that I have only used the device 4 times. Is that normal for only using 4 times? Rep then said that "clearly in the video the unit has a crack, when it is exposed to chemicals it gets inside of your device. This would not of happened if the unit was not cracked." I agree, the device is defective. Can I get a replacement? No, it's past 30 days and it is not in original packaging. What?! I asked for a refund but it's too late for that as well. Glownar is a great company and their equipment is top of the line. They even include training on the equipment after you purchase it.

This review is based solely on my shipping experience with them which is why it's not one star right now. I will update after the training if things change. When purchasing my RFMN machine which is $$$$ I had given my bussiness address and my shipping address which are different from each other. Today the first delivery attempt was made to my bussiness and no one is there because we are by appointment only and we're not expecting a package at that location. I reached out to Glownar once I had received this information on the attempt, only to be told it wasn't their fault and I needed to call UPS to change the delivery addresses, or pick up. There are three things about this that lead to this review. 1. I just spent $9k on this machine and shouldn't have to be dealing with a shipping error on the company's behalf. 2. For them to not take responsibility for the error and at least be apologetic is mind blowing. The employee said "This was not our fault". Yes, yes it was. 3. I had to pay an additional $7 to UPS to pick up in store. Let me add I'm also pregnant with twins, so this is a huge inconvenience to have to be going out on a hunt for this package. Never with any of my 3 bussiness have a encountered this from a manufacturer. As of this moment my experience I would say hasn't been pleasant. I will update if it is any better after training has been completed. Update: Now that I have had this machine for sometime and placed an order I feel I can now leave a true review. Once again another shipping issue. I ordered the 18 insulated needles for the RFMN machine because all my clientele is a Fitz 4 and above, so I specifically made sure that was the purchased needles and received non insulated Called tried to explain to the woman that in the description when you click it, it clearly says a 5 pack of insulated needles. There is no option for the 18 tip to be non insulted. She didn't listed to my concerns at all instead argued with me on how I chose those ones. Again not an option on the website if you go to the 18 tip the description clearly states these are insulated needles. When ever there's an issue for some reason it's the customers fault and this company never take responsibility. The biggest regret I have is purchasing this machine through them. I have a business and purchased equipment from GlowNar Aesthetics,LLC. I'm extremely unhappy with the defective equipment I received and poor customer service. I had to send my first machine purchase back after plastic holders would not screw in place properly. Before they would return the machine I was sent two different replacement parts that did not correct the issue. The second machine came to me damaged. Two implements were scratched/banged up. I left a message to speak to the General Manager (only) and got a text back from staff saying that they received the first machine back and it worked fine. Also, that they had personally packed the second machine and it wouldn't have left their facility in that shape. I've lost time and money dealing with this company. The equipment is poorly made. Thank you Glownar for your response (i'm not sure it was required) but for further for clarification... when the return was processed, it all had to be done through text message, which I have a copy of. When they initially spoke with me they told me to dispose of the device. So when you say dispose of the device, I disposed of the entire device. Following up with a text saying to save the cord after it's already been disposed of is unfortunately too late. Going forward. I understand this policy but it should've been stated clearly in the first message. Otherwise I followed exactly what you had told me. First of all, do NOT finance through Glownar. I am paying an EXTRA $2900 on on a $3900 machine by going through their financing company. I could seriously kick myself for doing that. Secondly, I have rearranged my entire schedule two days this week to make sure I was available for the machine to be delivered. No show. They even made me pay an extra $40 after the first time I waited for delivery. I am literally on the hook right now for a piece of lost equipment that is costing me $6800. read more
