The office staff were super friendly, Tom is very responsive, and the workers were very respectful and professional - we were shocked at how efficient they were, even working through the rain. We thought our sloped terrain would be tricky because our home's previous owner put the fence together weirdly to cover the drop, but because All Quality uses individual slats NOT big prefab fence pieces like my neighbor did, the workers expertly and seamlessly adjust the fence to any elevation change and it looks so good. We clarified for them and waited for an estimate. And waited. I called and left several voicemails and didn't get a return call. I called a third time and finally spoke to someone who couldn't tell me anything about my estimate but promised a call back soon. Every other company I contacted was able to get me estimates without me contacting them multiple times and in quick order. Clearly Troy Fence doesn't need new business.
