These guys are a big scam! Avoid hiring them at all costs. They are not professionals, they are…read moreshady con artist! They actually taped and painted around a TV sitting on top of the fireplace they were being paid to paint ... never move the TV or took the remote off the fireplace, I kid you not , they painted around them. Their scam is to move items back in place before you can inspect their work. Additionally, they don't even come prepared to tape or use protective drop cloths for your home. I've spent over TWO WEEKS cleaning up the mess they left our home in! To top it off, they didn't even provide the touch up paint they were scheduled to leave. Once I realize how bad they were and how they tried to scam us on the fireplace painting, they never showed back up! The owner, Keefer Bowers is a horrible painter ... no concern for his workmanship and/or quality. Don't be fooled by the initial so called charm and talk of doing things the right way. This man spoke about GOD the entire time he was scamming us! I wish I could find a way to attached pictures for everyone to see ... unbelievable how they painted our home interior. My next review will be to Angi's List where I was first introduced to these con artists!

Even though…read moreI agreed to the quoted amount, she said they were trying to save me money by saying my temporary patch fixed my concern. They get great reviews, which is why I contacted them. I cannot speak to the quality of work, but I can say they were quick to come by to look at my issue and provide an estimate. Alliance Roofing arrived soon enough to provide an estimate. I had previously sent pictures of what needed repair. We discussed the repair, and I was given an estimate. There was a statement on the estimate that said he would try to reuse the fascia (metal), but if it was damaged, then it would be replaced. I initialed the statement, signed the estimate, and sent it back. I received a text that night saying he'd be here at 7 AM. It was raining that morning, so I assumed he wasn't coming, but I didn't get a call. That afternoon, Jennifer called to say he wasn't going to do the work since the fascia couldn't be saved. I had initialed their statement saying that we might need to replace the fascia, but he still refused to do the work. This wasn't $1000+ job, but was $700+. Jennifer said it would only take him an hour to do the repair. The problem I have with this situation is that I provided pictures before he arrived to give the estimate, I signed their estimate, which to me means an agreement, and then he simply changed his mind. Not professional. I will need new gutters in a couple of years, but I won't be calling on them.

Jennifer was nice to work with and gave me a reasonable quote. Cisco did a good on the repairs and cleaned up well. Looks good as new. I contacted them another time a year later after strong winds peeled patch shingles off the roof. They were quick to work me in and got it patched up before we had any rain swing through. They do great work.

Fresh coat was the only company that provided me with a quote. Fresh coat was the only company that provided me with a photo of the Graffitti. Fresh coat was the only company that found a spot the other 2 companies had missed. Fresh coat is the only company that agreed to do the work immediately. They did it on the weekend. Unfortunately, my SIL paid before the job was completed which I warned him not to do. Now I am going to have to file with small claims court. The work that was done was so bad, example: he put a latch on one of the gates that fell off in 3 days. Q didn't seem to know how to fix it and my daughter bought the stuff at the hardware store and fixed it herself. Put the gate on the wrong side of the fence, left huge gaps with the tencing so the dogs got out. Here are some of the 'excuses' he has given me for the past year for why he hasn't been able to complete the work: --had covid --workers had covid --injured his back --working out of state --thought his workers completed the job and had no idea it wasn't finished --had to reorder the materials --had to finish another job and fell behind --made a mistake on the scheduling and mine was actually scheduled for May, not April. It is now April and still hasn't come back. Many promises of coming to finish the job, never shows up. Here is a clue for anyone who wishes to check this person out. Call the phone number a few times. There is no voice mail, he screens his calls and won't answer if it is someone he doesn't want to deal with.
