He is conscientious and once the work was completed he even went over all the work to be sure each part of it was done correctly. His crew started removing our old roof at 6:00am and were finished with the new GAF roof at 3:30pm the same day. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up everything around the house. Don also replaced our gutters & downspouts with continuous extruded gutters and installed gutter covers too. They look so much better than before and no more cleaning gutters for me. It was a long nightmare started on 10/2020 and still not…read moreover due to them not sending our final paperwork because we withheld 200.00 from the due to paying ourselves back from having to buy a magnetic tool and spending hours picking up the nails and trash. here is a list of things that you need to think about when using this company. *We had to buy a magnetic pickup tool *It took over 5 hours to pick up nails form our yard and from our neighbors *We couldn't even let our dogs out due to nothing being cleaned up and fear our dogs were going step on or ingest something outside. We had to go outside at 7pm at night and try to clean up the mess in the dark so our dogs could use the bathroom. *Due to the lack of communication of when people were leaving my husband's vehicle was stuck In the garage over night while my car was parked down the road because there was no place to park and was afraid of getting nails in my tires. *My son couldn't come home that night due to no where for him to park and he had to take off 3 hour that Monday due to him not being able to due his job because he works a call center job and couldn't hear with the hammering and dogs barking *No communication what so ever from the supervisor that was supposed to come out that day but didn't show up or call and until I called him to find out why he didn't show up was he had COVID. I had been around him so I should have been told. Not the mention he brought his dad and son out and none of them were wearing masks. *Found beer cans in the trailer that was used for the shingles, so drinking was being done on the job. *Wasn't even told when our appt was. I text supervisor to check on this and he said that he had us set up for a date that didn't even work for us, so we had to reschedule. *Truck shows up at our house the Thursday before our appt. and dropped of shingles, we were ever told anything about this so lucky we were home. *We had to be the communication between the insurance company and roofing company due to one party or both not communication back. *General lack of concern by the Supervisor and Owner. No to mention we are now going on over a year of dealing with this.
