The best part is that they are certified to configure and calibrate the auto-driving sensors that are part of the windshield. I was treated very well every time I come back here for general maintenance. No issues with the car so far. A few issues however. After sales guy doesn't know exactly what he's talking about. In note, he told me about an feature that was supposedly optional but it really wasn't and I kept getting warnings within my car's dashboard. Several other told me it's not really optional unless I want those warning all winter long. No thanks. Went in and make a case of this. Sales rep understood. This was handled very well afterwards and taken care of. The line-ups to bring in your car for garage maintenance can be pretty long especially if you get there at 7 AM. Last week, I waited nearly 20 minutes outside to drive in and another 15 to give the keys to my car. If this can be improved somehow it can be great. However, the shuttle service is fast and efficient. Follow-ups are done very well by text/emails. It's easy to book appointments online and are followed up upon as they should. Solid experience in my book. Screw GM.

After getting there and him assuring me it would take 1:30 max 2 hours with one car in front of me i went home and called every couple hours to check the progress. This was at 4 pm Sunday night. At 9 pm i showed up he assured me it would be ready in two hours, once again. when I got there I saw the same family I saw that had been there since 4 o'clock asking him to please work because he was locked away in his office for over an hour not working on what needed to be done. I then called at midnight he said it wasn't done but if I needed it in the morning then it'd be done for me to show up at work, I said yes and called back at 5:30 am asking if it was done. He confirmed with me twice that It was so I was there by 6 am to see my car outside in the same spot as it was the night prior with no repair done whatsoever. When I confronted him telling him he had wasted my time and lied he laughed in my face and said it'd be done soon.

We know it's last minute but Joey the owner was able to solve our problem. Such a relief! What a fantastic guy! We were totally distraught because we had rented somewhere else using their on-line app and got confirmation for both the truck and the payment. When we got there, we continued with the app to add driver's info etc (as the app indicated) but once there were told it doesn't work that way. During that time someone else was renting our truck. They no longer had a truck for us and all my people were waiting to start the move. What were we going to do?! The Delvan owner, Joey, said he would do all he could to get us a truck which he did.
