I'm pretty sure I've been scammed…read more I've had 2 paver jobs completed by Trevor's Landscaping and trusted them to install a pergola that Trevor upsold me throughout the process. The first paver job was a few years ago and, for the most part, it went well. My 2 issues with the 1st job were: 1) they didn't remove enough of the dirt from my property which increased the slope of my yard and 2) I had issues with the gaps in the polymeric sand within the 1st year, allegedly due to rain runoff from the deck above. Trevor is a great salesman. He is very responsive and charismatic while trying to secure the job and the deposit, but it goes downhill from there. Communication over the past few months have significantly declined as I wait for his crew to repair the grass damaged by their equipment, install the pergola I paid for in full 7.5 months ago, and install the paver sealer. I'm at the point where I've sent them an email requesting a refund or I will pursue legal action (a first for me - check out my other reviews to get sense of how I treat businesses). I consider myself to a reasonable, patient consumer and love to see small business succeed, but this is getting ridiculous.

Last year while using Lawn Tech, the weeds were not as under control as I wished. I called and the owner called me back personally and had someone come out to address the issue immediately. This year service rep Anthony listened to all my weed concerns and really took great care in addressing them. Lawn Tech isn't just a come and go company. They really want you to be pleased with their service!
