Compared to other meal prep services I find that their food is a lot more flavorful, and allows you to enjoy the types of food you typically are supposed to "avoid" when you're trying to lose weight. They're pub burger is my favorite item on the menu and the fact that it's only 400 calories makes it even better. I can be a bit of a picky eater so not all of their meals are a home run, but I would say I enjoy a solid 85% of the meals I have tried so far. Meal prep services can be a bit pricey, so if like me you may have to budget. I only get 5 meals a week for my work lunches. If you buy on Friday or in bulk, the meals are only $5 each (compared to around $7.50) so spending $25 a week for all your lunches is pretty reasonable. If you're looking to fully commit to meal prepping, be prepared to spend some more. Other pros to this place is that you can grab meals to go, so if you're like me and always forgot to place an order for pickup, you can just swing by the store and grab what they have in stock. They also make make male and female portions of all of their meals, which can help you accurately see how many calories you should be consuming. Meal prep services can definitely be a bit intimidating, but 95 Nutrition has made it much easier, and a big help in maintaining my health!

I didn't know there were other options outside of the oil however he made me aware and informed me of my options and it's uses. He was an overall nice and pleasant person. They offer a mega filter in the back of the store that filters out all of the bad stuff. We used to buy gallons at our home, and they weren't very expensive. I also liked the unique healthy lifestyle options that they offered here. So many life changing products that you should consider buying to replace the unhealthy products we use everyday.
