Worse place ever. I made a purchase and the pills made me sick. I took back the product 2 days later with the original packaging and my original receipt. I was hassled about giving them my drivers licence. When I explained I didn't need it to make a purchase why do I need it to return the item I was told it is for inventory control purposes... sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Worst store ever. Mrs. Jo Ann is heaven sent. She definitely knows her store and products. Just tell her your price range and what your are trying to accomplish and she will point you in the right direction. I have been to a few GNC and the associate were so focus on selling the a particular brand, and she was more focus on what I wanted. I definitely will be returning to this location. read more

This store is small and dirty compared to other GNC stores and they have a poor selection of protein powder. I was looking for glucosamine and wandered around for several minutes before being addressed by the cashier. Even then, she didn't show me where it was - just gestured and said "it's there." I purchased Woman's Ultra Mega Vitamins for women over 50. It was buy one and get one half price. There is no help in the store until you go to the counter to make your purchase. They will take your money. When I got home, I realized that I had to take two pills a day instead of one so that eliminates any savings. When I opened the bottle the terrible smell almost made me throw up. But I am a cheapie so I decided to give it a try. I was able to get ONE pill down three days in a row. Horrible upset tummy. I guess I am a slow learner but mostly, as I said, cheap. The smell permeated my whole two room, cathedral ceilinged area. You could smell the pills THROUGH THE BOTTLE! I hated to put it in my car to return it. And that's when I finally got some attention in that store. No return without a receipt! My bad. But THEN there is no store credit! They were not interested in what was wrong with their pills even though they drew back when I opened the bottle. They just wanted me to understand that once they have your money they will keep it. Zero customer service. Zero standing behind their products. I would have left the vitamins there but I knew they would resell the sealed one and get some kind of corporate credit for the opened bottle. Picked up some Centrum Silver on the way home. My friend said she would take the GNC vitamins but after smelling the pills through the bottle and gagging we threw them away. A very expensive mistake.
