The gentleman that helped me was very informed, made recommendations, but also listened to specific ingredients i was looking for, and was able to make alternate recommendations without having to look at each product (like I would have had to do without his help). My husband and I moved to katy recently and you can imagine how excited we were that there was a nutrition depot in the area. We were regular customers at the medical center location and have always received the best customer service. Someone was always there to ask questions and help us find the best products for our needs. It didn't matter if I was by myself or with my husband the service was always great. I have been to this katy location 2 times and have never received any sort of help beyond showing me a shelf where a product is. No one has ever asked what I was needing, made any suggestions or even gave me any information on products. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or if I'm not in the best shape, but that's why I'm going there right? To better myself and get assistance in reaching my goals while helping a business. My husband and I would easily spend hundreds of dollars a month at the medical center location but unfortunately we won't be spending our money at this location. read more
