I feel bad for the businesses that share this lot. This parking lot makes the Walter's Crossing plaza kids play. The employees are either really lovely and apologetic or just plain harried and rude, I attribute this to peak holiday demands and lack of planning on the management side. My last visit around Thanksgiving was a shade of disorganized that resulted in 2 plus hour lines to pickup preordered items.

But it's their DESSERT game that really has me taking notice. I've loved their pumpkin cheesecake for years, and just when I thought nothing can top it--I WAS WRONG. Their new raspberry cheesecake has actually dethroned it. I was able to park right out front and the little shop was clean and airy. Their smoothie menu is extensive once you add in the seasonal specials, and I had a hard time deciding between them. I finally landed on their special, the Sorsi Sunrise, and it was refreshing, fruity and without the added sugar you see at some smoothie shops. It was also very pretty, à la Erewhon smoothie vibes. Something I didn't realize until dropping in is that they carry a lot of grab and go healthy meals, too. There were several vegetarian options, which I appreciated, and I ended up picking up the egg salad for lunch. I liked how fresh all the ingredients were, and they added celery to their egg salad and didn't add a bunch of heavy bad ingredients. It was light but not super flavorful, but it felt like a healthier egg salad that did the trick for lunch. I'll be back for another smoothie soon (as there were four I was already eyeing on this first trip in). Good thing we have plenty of hot summer days ahead to warrant a refreshing cool down.

I ran in to grab some Almond Butter... They have the BEST Almond Butter of EVERYONE... Especially, on Amazon.. It's nice, creamy and delicious. Even with the oil on top. It gives U the right amount of room to stir it up each time. I'm telling U one taste and U will be hooked. A few months ago I ended up eating a couple of 16 ounce jars.. Along with one or two BIG boy jars. Unfortunately, I stopped eating it for a while.. Especially, since there are 200 calories in only 2 tablespoons.. I'm talking about HEAPING ones.. They also have cashew butter as well.. For a GREAT price too. Along with the Almond Butters prices.. I also bought some Nature's Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk... Which means it's dairy free Especially, since I'm lactose intolerant.. It tastes so good U could eat it by the spoonful. I bought it to mix it into brownie batter... My husband is addicted to their extra sharp New York cheddar. They also have interesting special deals that come out in limited quantities weekly, like spaetzle and schnitzel or salmon Wellington.
