When I was still dancing, I had to keep my weight down but still have enough energy to dance. That was when I developed the bad habit of skipping breakfast and making myself go hungry. When I entered college, I would skip breakfast and then skip lunch to catch up on production work. For breakfast, I would have their milkshakes. And whenever I wanted to snack on something like chips or junk food, I would just drink their shakes. To help me gain weight and kick my bad habit, I took their vitamins. It just sucks that they sometimes don't have chewable vitamins for adults, but hey, their supplements work.
