The prices are similar to that of Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Earth Fare with the exception of the meats. I saw fresh seasoned catfish filets and large jerk chicken thighs for under $5. I will definitely be back to stock up on meat. I'd also like to try the hot bar. You can get a platter of side dishes for $6 or a main entree with two sides for $9. Today they had vegan stir fry and vegan shepherd's pies as the vegan entrees and about four other non-vegan entrees. The produce looked fresh and was also reasonably priced. I look forward to really shopping there when I need to stock up on fresh produce and meats.

They wrap their cheeses in plastic and leave them sit for up to a month on the shelf. That ruins the flavor. Travis manages the cheese dept. yet seems to know nothing about cheese, cheese flavor defects, or shelf life. So is he in the cheese department as a decoration? I don't believe so.

Very accommodating, so if a drink has something you'd like to substitute something else for, or just take out all together, ( like almond or coconut milk), the girls will do that for you. They already have a plethora of drink combinations and are coming up with new flavors all the time. (I have tried other shops like this one, near and far, and they fail horribly in comparison to this shop in Pearson). They have definitely got me hooked as a customer.
