Dealers don't have a lot or rather, a variety of inventory. I wanted a new RAM, specifically a GT version. But had a difficult time finding one. When I did, my only color option was white. Not my first or even 3rd choice. Since I wanted to break up all the white paint, I went back to A1, as they did an awesome job with the MOPAR style stripes on my black Rebel. I dealt with Michael Tsao, a true professional. He and the staff there created exactly what I wanted. The install was quick and they did an awesome job. Micheal even explained the difference in film, and gave me options so I was picking the best for my needs. The sheen and flake in my graphic matches the sheen and flake in the black in my lower panels. I am really happy with the graphic on my truck. And when the wife is ready for stripes on her Durango, we are heading there.

Here is one of the multiple cars he has done for me in the past and allowed terms which were paid in full each time. Besides that the work they do is amazing and very reliable. It's very sad when someone is struggling and terms get changed after it's been dropped off and arrived in town just like that. It would of been appreciated if he said something in advance and not that he will work with me on everything when I asked a month or so beforehand. I explained my situation for someone who wants to help small businesses and especially after the trust first couple times when I've paid in full to change up like that was wrong. Don't ever take any of their words from even if you have been working with them for any amount of time and they have done your past vehicles and advertising and been paid in full each time. Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!! I don't even have the words for how upset this made us.
