So first off, admittedly my 5.5 year old Fifth Wheel's exterior had been neglected, it's just a lot to do for one guy with 4 kids when it's nearly 40 feet. All of the "RV detailers" in the Atlanta area where I live wanted $20-25 a foot to clean it and give it the treatment that it needed, yes you read that correctly, nearly $1k for a detail. I planned a trip to Ocean Lakes for my family and thought with all the RV's in the Myrtle Beach area maybe there would be a detailed that did the kind of volume that would drive prices down. I did a little research and found Jimmy and Keep it Clean, man am I glad I did. Jimmy was prompt to take and return my calls and easy to coordinate with. He made sure he wasn't at all inconveniencing our vacation and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The job was done to beyond my expectations and for roughly 1/3rd the cost of the folks here at home. I was so impressed with this company!! I saw them doing an RV a couple of spots down and walked over and asked for a price and got one on the spot. They came with a small army and power washed the whole RV. They had a guy scrub the roof, another scrub the awnings as well. They let it dry for a couple of hours and then returned with two guys to polish it with orbital buffers AND it looks great!! I highly recommend you use them. Total pros. read more

A crew of 3 or 4 including the owner showed up and did an Amazing job of washing our 5th wheel. Our awning was so stained that I thought it was hopeless. Now, it looks new!! Was supposed to arrive first thing in the morning. Finally called him at 9:15 and he told me it was too cold and would arrive in 30 mins. Finally arrived at 10:45. The 2 washed the motorhome and took off to let it dry. When they returned he left the assistant to wax and polish (he was texting a lot of the time lol). Final outcome: the windows where never cleaned after the polish and there are water spots, there are still swirls from the buffing, a couple of spots that still have wax on under the slide and wax spills all around the rv and on my hoses and other connections. I've never seen such disrespectful ppl. Certain crew members were very unprofessional. Didnt respect our property here at pirateland campground. Once job was completed I probably could say I could have went out with a toothbrush and finished with better results. Crew when washing our rv... didnt even respect other campers and went into there sites and got several of their items soaked..they even had food out on picnic table that had to be brought back in their RV due to the crew not caring about where they sprayed. (This might seem redundant - it's the same review I left on another big review site) We were at Ocean Lakes and saw the truck, but didn't witness them cleaning. I called on a Tuesday, asked if they could come on Thursday - "we'll be there before lunchtime". They arrived at 11:15a. I was expecting Jim and maybe another guy or two. When the truck pulled over, about 5 guys jumped out and started scrambling all over our 5th wheel! They got right to work, did not mess around, were all very polite, and did a spectacular job on the entire camper. They even put shiny stuff on the tires!! Jim was fun to work with, had a great sense of humor. All I wanted was the wash, since we have inside storage and the camper's not subjected to the elements except when it's out maybe 30-45 days per year. Jim offered other services (wax, roof treatment, even to sell 5th wheel for us, lol), but when I passed, he immediately backed-off and didn't apply any pressure. After reading positive reviews, we figured we should give them another try. Bad idea! We scheduled another wash and wax. They showed up two hours earlier than the agreed upon time. Our son went back to the camper to find they had finished washing the camper and wanted to get paid. They also tried to push my son into agreeing to a roof treatment. He said he would need to go back to the beach and get me. I spoke to the gentleman who also tried to sell a roof treatment to me. I asked about waxing the rv. He said that would not be possible since the finish was dull and the wrong color (my read was it would take to long and not worth their effort). We were quoted 350 for wash and wax. He wanted 100 for wash only. Really not happy with performance and should have better inspected their work before paying. Dirt and streaks on the camper after washing. I call and set up an appointment for a 10 AM to Noon window. They had not shown up or called by 1 PM. When I got someone to answer the phone he advised he had been busy. After pointing out I had an appointment and had spent half day of my vacation time waiting on him he said he would be there between 3 PM and 5 PM. So I wait again two days later he still has not called me back nor has he arrived to do the work. So i lost basically an entire days vacation waiting on someone who never honored his commitment either time. read more

I contracted with this company while we were in Myrtle Beach on a trip. I thought it would be so nice to not have to worry about the cleaning and waxing. I was quoted 3 different prices, told I didn't know what type of RV I had (when ask, actually I was called a liar) and treated with nothing but rudeness and condesending, arrogant, comments and attitude. The person responsible for this is Cory Fergurson. I do not mind paying any price for the service I want and the prices were not bad. It was the attitude. I would rather have a dirty motor coach than ever deal with them. After returning home I contracted someone else and had a great job. Needless to say that service appointment was CANCELLED after three days of conversation. I have written the main owner and to date (one month) there has been no response. read more

I called them at 830am, and he said they weren't coming because of the threat of rain (Note: still not raining an hour later). It's understandable that they don't want to work in the rain, but a service provider should know to call and cancel or provide advanced notice that they won't be coming out for ANY reason. Workers did not give us time to move personal items from around the camper before they started applying strong bleach cleaner on top of camper. The clothes we had on were ruined by bleach spots. I wish they had the courtesy to wait a minute and allow me to get inside of the camper before starting. read more
