**Please MUST READ** Wish I could give this place a big FAT 0 NO STARS!! I had taken my sons there a couple of times, and the first time the lady messed up so bad it was like if they cut their hair themselves. So, we thought if we tried another person the next time it would be unlikely it would get that messed up again!? Well, first off we go there because it's close and convenient, and I learned that convenience isn't always better! They are EXTREMELY HIGH on children's haircuts, but we are the type of people who don't mind paying the high cost for quality. This is where it gets messed up!! This "OWNER" and her Staff have no respect for customers period. As I said' we went in for their next haircuts, and this time done by 2 different people. I was waiting for the boys. Cuts were done I was asked how it looked on one of my boys, and it seemed ok so I said just that' as I just wanted to head home to make dinner. Got home they both took a showers, and by then husband got home. They pulled their hair to the side as they both got a comb over cut. The lines were so wide!!!! The hair was so uneven! They are very presentable kids, and as they expressed to me that they didn't want to go to school because they would get made fun of It got me upset because now I knew NONE of those so called stylist/barbers knew what they were doing! They obviously need more training!! So, I called the next day and I get "well, I'm not the one you should talk too" "call back in a few days for the owner" you see I wanted some kind of compensation because I was NEVER going to go back to this place AGAIN! The thing is I wanted the actual owner to see what kind of barbers she had. She could have determined whether or not she should give us a refund or her "herself" can fix the cuts. Knowing she couldn't; a Refund was likely to be issued. I was unable to get a hold of her so I called a 3rd time directed by her barber that said I should call back because she wasn't available or there the time I called. So, when I called the 3rd time I got "owners not here today" "she'll be in tomorrow" I said ok, I'll just go in with my boys tomorrow for her to see the bad haircuts. I GET A PHONE CALL FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL NASTY DISGUSTING SO CALLED OF A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN! I couldn't even answer the phone hello as she started yelling, and screaming at me telling me that I am harassing her staff mind you (she was unavailable, only called 3times, directed to call back from HER staff). She then goes off to say I wanted free haircuts!!?? Huh!? Really?!? She then tells me to pick up the Refund and Never to go back there again then hangs up! I was first off shocked that this person even deals with people, and then surprised that a person that doesn't know me talks to me as if I was her child! I msgd her my explanation, and clarification on her assumptions on her thinking we are people that wanted things for free! We obviously knew they charge more then other places, and the cost was no issue! We are well off people that are very blessed thankfully! I just wanted her to see for herself, and she REFUSED!! She refused to see the cuts, and wanted us to pick up the Refund on a day she was not in! End result I sent her pictures of my sons cuts, and we did NOT pick up the refund as the way she spoke to me over the phone she must have needed that money!! I take my sons last haircuts there as a charity cut. I did in-fact tell her she did not have to tell me that we were not welcomed to go back! We were not planning to go back to give away moremoney to her charity again. Going to her shop is like going to a charity car wash! Go Barber was a gem that we are so glad we have found! All of the staff we have encountered have been friendly, personable and friendly. They are consistently trying to go above and beyond to make sure that you are extremely satisfied with the haircut you receive and make sure your comfortable in the process. I always prefer to have Michelle cut my hair. She is the owner and always helpful, and definitely takes her time to make sure that my hair is absolutely perfect, even if there are people waiting. I feel like it's important to all the employees to make sure they feel like they deserve all the time it takes to complete a good cut! My son has had cuts from Amber, Joann, and Vicki, all of which have turned out excellent! read more

Wonderful experience. Great with the conversation. The Price is good. I Will be using as my permanent barber. They're Open on Sundays. Walking in and waiting for a minute is your best bet. I hear that they may offer free soda while you wait. read more

Go Barbers is good. Service was prompt and the hair cutter was nice. Not exactly a barber shop in the literal sense like I was expecting. But a good place to get your hair cut. The ambiance was a bit much for me, but I am sure many would like it. (Lots of sports and hunting regalia). As I recall it was $14 for a hair cut which is the same as any chain but still a bit high. At least this place is locally owned. Fwiw, the stylists work on commission. AND its worth mentioning that at the end of the cut you get a short, but nice mechanical massage and a chilled soda. This was a very nice touch. I would recommend this place to men, women and kids, definitely better than a chain. read more

I'll start off by saying avoid this place it's not worth your time and your money, I waited for 45 mins and when i was next I was in the chair for 4 mins YES 4 minutes. WTF horrible haircut I had to go somewhere else to get my hair cut fixed my another barber shop thank God FADE 2 PERFECTION fix my haircut. I took my son in there for the very first time the day before an Award Ceremony.... Bad Choice!!! The lady was very nice and quick and got us out of there in just a few mins.... Umm fast is not Good when it comes to hair cuts, sorry to say she Butchered his hair. I know it's only hair and it does grow, how ever I believe you should do your Best at all times in what ever you do.... Including Cutting Children's Hair. I had to take my son to another Barber to have this mess fixed and Will NEVER go there again $12.95... So Not worth it! read more

Been going here for four years and all of the barbers know me and my son by name. Amber gives excellent fades, is quick, and professional. They have a two dollar off special if you return within two weeks (showing a receipt). After every haircut they offer a cold soda and a shoulder massage. Highly recommended. read more

Just got my hair cut here. The lady was so fast I worried it might look rough, but as it turns out she's just very skilled at what she does. Great cut, only $14.95. My SO got his done at the same visit and says he's very satisfied with it. Will be returning. read more

I went in for the first time with my little brother and An older lady was there and she did my little brothers haircut super fast and it looked ok but when she did mine she BUTCHERED the hec out of my hair and my fade was super uneven.very talkative and not really focused on what she was doing.i got home and noticed my little brothers hair was also very BUTCHERED and blotchy .my mother has to now shave both of our heads completely.because she did a terrible job. Extremely rude stylist. Her tone of voice as she receives us lack customer service not polite at all. Surprised by the lackluster customer service, we did not wait at all and left. We are new in town and came from a big city where barber shop has lots better customer service than this one which is surprising to us being Pasco is a small city with more supposedly community feel to it.
