Sharpe's was the only company that we spoke to that was in favor of reusing our existing brick and adding additional to cover the patio and extension. The other companies we spoke to did not even want to consider using our brick and wanted to sell us all new brick pavers which really increased the cost. Dustin and his crew were easy to work with, listened to our concerns and worked with us on them. The job turned out beautifully and we felt that the price was very reasonable for all the work that was done. We had Green-Up install a brick paver sidewalk for $5000, with the business owner's unsolicited…read moreassurance that if we were ever unhappy with any aspect of the installation, they would fix it --- make it right. Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.

They did come back to fix one problem that happened within 1 year of the installation, but seeing weeds growing up between the concrete pads now says it was definitely not worth the money to have them sealed. If I knew it would only last 2-3 years I would not have done it and they would have gotten 4+ stars for the concrete leveling.
