Richard did a rush job in 100 degree weather to put a small pond with water lilies, water tumbling in over boulders, surrounded by ferns, iris and other plantings, in front of my porch, for me to sit and enjoy while recuperating from major surgery. It is SO WONDERFUL! I wanted to hug him, but settled for squeezing his hand. (A hug might have further injured the shoulder getting surgery ;-) ) SPECTACULAR! and even better at night w lights. All done in two days in a very tight space w no collateral damage. HIGHLY recommend GoGreen! Wow! Go Green- from the vision to the execution were phenomenal! Rich and his team completely transformed my backyard into a magical oasis.... and the speed in which they worked is mind blowing. I was having a party and we were delayed delayed because of the hurricane rains but they were so dedicated to finishing up on time. Everyone who came by my house to see their final product was as blown away as I was. Every area worked so well together and they made something you will not find from another landscaper. When I chose them to do my project, I saw one picture on their website and I knew they were the guys- and they did not disappoint! They went above and beyond. I interviewed several landscapers and finally selected GoGreen Outdoors to do some work on our new property. I chose them because Richard and Melissa really impressed me with their knowledge and vision of what could be done with my particular landscape. They listened to my ideas, then incorporated their expertise to give me beautiful, contoured rock gardens and a new stone pathway with front door entrance steps. Melissa knows her plants and Richard is an excellent designer who oversaw the project every step of the way. It helps that they are sticklers for details...they do the job the right way...no shortcuts, and they guarantee their work. Their crew are the nicest group of fellows I've ever encountered on a contracted job. They are courteous, efficient, clean and knowledgeable. They put in long hours and got the job done on time, as promised. We are thrilled with the results! After a year of trying to get an answer on when they were going to start our $10k+ project, I gave up. Multiple calls, texts, emails went unanswered. I stopped in at the business several times, spoke with Rich, Melissa and their billing person, they assured me we would get on the schedule, promised return phone calls to confirm, and nothing. I understand staffing issues due to Covid and people not wanting to work. I don't understand lack of communication and no responses to repeated emails, texts and calls. That's just irresponsible and bad business. I don't like having to write a bad review about a local business, but until they get their internal issues resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. read more

We have had the pleasure of working with this company for at least five years, They do our regular property maintenance and snow plowing. We never have to worry that they will be there. Many times over the years they have big and small jobs and always treat us like we are their most important client. A couple times a year we ah w emergencies and Rich will squeeze us in no matter how busy his schedule is. Their septic repair is beyond compare! We have used a few different septic outfits on our properties and they difference in work is light night and day. When they are done with a job the property looks better than when they started. Highly competent work and the grading and seeding work is top notch. Rich himself was the operator on two very difficult jobs and can really operate. Can't say enough about the crews. They came to look at job, were supposed to get back with estimate. and blew us off without explanation. Very unprofessional.

My parents, who are seniors, have been waiting since APRIL for Go Green to come to perform Spring clean up lawn work around their home. Go Green came out to their property ASAP to give the estimate (not chump change, either $1000 +) but now, there is no response despite repeated calls (five times and counting) by my mother to follow-up and find out when someone would be there. Part of the problem is the voicemail box is often full when she calls. The timely returning of phone calls, especially for people who are not accustomed to conducting business solely via email, is lacking and causes great distress. Since we are now 8 days away from the start of Summer, we can no longer call this "spring" clean up! Stay away from this company. They are either too busy, my parents' job is too small, or they have decided that my parents, because of their age, will not complain or make a fuss. read more
