Rather than installing them, they returned the panels to the steel supplier and exchanged them for flawless replacements. They also cut and welded the steel on-site, which demonstrated their commitment to quality workmanship. The upgraded swivel hinges on our double gate are incredibly smooth--they open with just a gentle push of a finger.
