Tony Avila and his crew demolished that section and rebuilt, and now it is a thing of beauty! Absolutely beautiful!! I LOVE my new rock wall! They re-parged the 72' long section, and now it looks like a new wall. They also provided temporary fencing to protect my dogs. They did the job cleanly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. The works he did was: gives you 3-D imaging of your vision before starting...leveling the yard, laying brick, pouring concrete (not buying the slabs), detailed water system, timing the water system, picking up all supplies, placing decorative stone walls, planting the trees & flora chosen, pouring wheel barrow after wheel barrow of decorative rock. Laid sod as well. Placed beautiful lighting. It's a work of art! 5. Every single day, the worksite was cleaned up, & placed under the patio nice & neat. He could have easily left the tools where he was going to start back up the next day. 6. Constant and consistent back breaking work! I saw one short break on only a couple of days. Very glad I hired Esco's, Adrian is respectful, expedient, & efficient. The only thing I would improve is the scheduling as he tended to run a bit late, but within less than an hour so not a problem. Main point is the entire property (front, back, both sides) was raked, blower swept, bagged & cleaned completely. He even took note when I made a special request for specific areas with budding plants (good attention to detail). When all done I inspected & mentioned he missed a small spot that was hidden behind bins & he immediatelty cleared it, but it was important to see his response to an unexpected request--very expedicious & courteous while others might balk or challenge homeowner. I am very satisfied with the results, and even requested he put me on a monthly maintenance plan. His price was reasonable for the value I got.
