They put items on their website that are not available, then accept rush orders that they could not successfully complete, and then they replace items to what they see fit. Then when I call same day after pickup to request a fix to a replacement they changed on their own, they say they are going to call me back, and never do. If you can't complete an order, don't accept it. Don't email someone numerous times going back and forth on items you initially indicate you have, but really don't. I had to call back a third time and spoke to a man who was the RUDEST PERSON I HAD EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the order in a calm manner and he continues to cut me off and yells at me. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentence on how I didn't have a problem with the entire order, just the unapproved replaced items that I'm not satisfied with. They were the wrong size, type, and quality. He offered to replace the shirts now, 2 weeks after the order. The event is over. I called your company that day, and the following day, for a resolution. I asked him for his name and he obviously refused to tell me. As I'm calmly saying all of this, HE HANGS UP on me. Ridiculous. Inappropriate. Uncalled for. Childish. Save yourself the hassle with this company. I would rather deal with the credit card company.
