I'm a faithful customer to reputable businesses, so it's their loss completely. I do not recommend this "company"! I had to continuously follow up and was never notified they were no longer coming. No apology for the inconvenience; just a careless and disgusting attitude from the owner who's texts I've attached. I will never beg a company to take my money. NEXT! .... After posting my initial review, Marco the owner texts me the attached: This guy cancels our job, I again give the company another chance... & they no show; not even informing me they weren't coming, and I'm in the wrong for posting my experience with them?! Thank God I see the true colors and now I definitely don't feel remotely bad for this review of my experience.... Be careful who you allow in your home... These worldly demons come in human form! If you don't want the bad reviews you rightfully earn then offer "quality & efficient service" . Guilt tripping me with you having kids.. I have my own that I lost hours of work from while waiting for your crew that never showed up. I'm kind and understanding and would have given them even another chance, but the blatant disregard without notifying me after I took time away from work is completely unacceptable. PS. They also helped pack some stuff, especially the kitchen, that we were unable to pack due to lack of time/energy. The price is fair and competitive and they were able to do it in a day. They also helped disassemble and re-assemble furniture and put everything exactly as we like. The communication was great and they are just great guys in general. We ultimately chose them over other movers also because during the consultation stage, they facetimed with us and discussed quotes after seeing our place during facetime. I think that's important because we had key items we wanted to make sure were safe and they could also see how much stuff we had and prepare the right amount of people and time. I really valued the thoroughness before the move and during the move. We have recommended them to all our friends and will use them for all future moves.

They were so organized, focused and quick ! They packed our belongings so quickly, and threw out all our trash for us. We moved 14 years of belongings, from the North Bay to the South Bay. Very easy move, reasonable prices. Cortez the owner is super helpful and professional, he worked with our budget, helping us workout the pricing to work for us. We would definitely hire them again, if we ever needed movers.

The quote was incredibly reasonable, the service was wonderful, and the timing was absolutely perfect for what we needed and allowed me to set up our new house in plenty of time before my parents brought our kids over for their first night. We bought the guys lunch which they were incredibly grateful for, and they absolutely deserved the yummy sandwiches and so much more. The guys even helped us break down a built in bookshelf that was impeding removal of our giant couch, and they went above and beyond making it happen with the tools that they had on hand. When we move back into our home next year after the remodel, we will without a doubt be using Robb&Messer again.

He was irritated and chastised me for mentioning it. Then when he started to place a wrapped object on our antiques server I asked him not to. He said he knew what he was doing and it was ok and placed the object on the antique server anyway! The 100 year old mirror was busted out of the frame which they had been cracked. He said if I was unhappy there were other moving companies. Wow! A broken antique mirror, an entire wardrobe box of clothes that came out of the closet dry cleaned and pressed were stuffed into a box. The person I spoke with about the clothes told me he doubted I had waited three months to unpack the wardrobe so he was skeptical. My parents custom made parson chairs were wrapped and wrinkled and now a 8 months later are still damaged. The final thing was I went to wax my chest of drawers today and realized the drawer pull had been busted off. This is a short list because there are more negative things but too many to list. We gave a large tip to each because some of the men did work hard but still if you have some kids furniture it's ok. If you have family heirlooms or antique furniture find a good moving company.

We worked out all the details while preparing for the move. Then the move itself was very smooth. Rusty and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and paid close attention to all requests.
